Exceptional location in Byron Bay - you can't get better!

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Bed was amazing and comfortable. Huge rooms for a hotel. Had everything we needed. Loved the communal Lounge areas with books games and magazines. Couldn't get any more central.
My only complaint was the rain which is clearly not the fault of the hotel 😆

Although kept very clean, the interiors and pool facilities are looking tired and dated, in need of a refurbishment to be in keeping with being a “resort”.

Everything... Location, Amenities, Friendly Staff, Room Service from the Bar ( Cocktails to your door! ), Lagoon Style Pool with its resident Lizard, Overlooking the beach.
Maybe the loudness of the live music until late on the nights i was needing to sleep early but they do supply earbuds for that.

Loved everything. Pool, rooms, staff, proximity to everything.
My only tiny thing that comes to mind was the outside pool area and across to bar was a bit too dark at night

The staff were very friendly and helpful when we were checking in. Even though it was a cold day our room was heated when we walked in. We got complimentary drinks and discounts at the hotel next door.
Clean room, comfy bed, beautiful gardens, heated spa, a short walk to the beach. Loved it!

The foldout couch was not that comfortable but honestly most foldout couches worldwide aren’t great 😉 Definitely wasn’t bad enough to put me off staying here again. X

The location is superb, the immaculate heated pool & spa was wonderful and the grounds are stunning. Complimentary cruiser bikes with handy baskets made exploring Byron fun & easy. Our loft room was perfect for two adults and two teen girls, very spacious and possibly the most comfortable beds & pillows we’ve experienced.
All of the above was small in comparison to the most welcoming, pleasant and accommodating staff there ever was. Kind, helpful and always smiling all the ladies we encountered during our three day stay were simply wonderful! Thank you for an extremely comfortable & enjoyable stay!

of course the pub was a little loud, but not terribly. as long as you’re happy to get to sleep around 12 then it’s fine
