Room was very small / room cost was high Doors were so heavy and slammed shut Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced / person upstairs was banging on floor

My Room was upgraded, and was amazing. Staff was very pleasant

Breakfast was minimal, fist morning there was no breakfast. There was what i can only assume to be a NFL football team having practice in the room above me. Very loud and stomping around which eventually stopped around 11PM.

The pool was wonderful. Bed was comfortable, nice rooms.loved the huger walk in shower.

I booked the first stay 6 months in advance, my one request was to have adjoining rooms, or very close together. They were about 6 rooms down the hall. I booked the return trip before leaving. Asked for adjoining rooms. Was told only a king suite was adjoining, I said okay. Still several rooms away from each other. Breakfast was okay, not great.

The breakfast ended at 9. 9:30 or 10:00 would have been better. 9 is too early to stop breakfast

Convenient location, nice facilites, very comfortable beds and clean.

Staff was very stressed out and not overly nice. Seemed bothered by having the help guests. Internet was down so it was a stressful situation for everyone but they could have been nicer. Apparently you get treated better if you're a "member?. Hadn't heard of that before since we don't travel a lot.

the staff was professional and accommodating and made you fell very welcomed for staying at the hotel. room was very clean.

the only issue was the kerig maker in the room was missing the basket to make coffee.

I liked all the options for breakfast. The waffles were too sweet for me but I had lots of choices. The bed was very comfortable and I had no issues with noisy neighbors. I loved the outdoor space since I prefer to eat outside.

No toothpaste available in the room or front desk.
