The 1st night was great, kids had fun in the pool and breakfast was good before heading out the door to grandmas funeral. Night 2….. well that’s a whole new story

We had a dog in the room next to us that barked for HOURS non stop. I finally went down to the desk to ask what could be done because I was trying to get kids to sleep. I was pretty much told they would try to contact the people with that room to see where they were. The dog finally shut up after 11 pm (I’m guessing that’s when they got back) but then started again at 5AM barking and woke us up. Dry very frustrating to not get a good nights sleep after a very emotional day burying a loved one. I have dogs of my own to typically this does not bother me and I understand however we are talking at least 5 hours of barking before the room tenants got back.

I am handicap and can’t transfer from my wheel chair. I requested a handicapped room and it was anything but handicap accessible. The toilet had no assistant bars and the shower was totally inaccessible. How can someone use the facilities when you can even transfer into the shower or sit on the toilet? I’ve stayed at this property before and they have a perfect accessible room with a roll in shower and toilet with accessible bars. I was told that room wasn’t available. Imigine how terribly disappointed I was when my daughter was walked by the room and could see that they were using it as a storage room for several mattresses. Hotel is no Handicap accessible at all.

I loved everything!!

I went for work and arrived a day early on the 4th and we had a birdseye view of the fireworks on the west entrance, it was a great view.

The room was nice enough and had a kitchen, staff was nice and the facility was clean

Someone pooped in the pool and they didn’t shut it down to clean it. The pull out bed was SO uncomfortable and breakfast was not good.
