Breakfast was not that good. Service was good.

The room was clean, the bathroom/shower was great. Pillows were flat even folded over or need 2 more. We expected a true restaurant. Dinner was great, Breakfast was rubbery/awful. Nice having a shuttle service.
Need better pillows, a cozy restaurant and better quality breakfast food.

The location is great, I appreciated the AMDA accommodations, really good food and shopping nearby.
I had a family of tap dancers overhear all night the first night and couldn't sleep.

The location was very convenient.
The beds were uncomfortable, the pillows were very old and uncomfortable. There was a blood stain on one of my pillows.

no room service which was very disappointing. had to leave the hotel to get food. & wish there was an all year round hot tub

The pool was nice even in the winter. The hot tub was closed. The room was nice and big.
The beds were the hardest beds I have ever slept on. Thankfully we only stayed one night.

The address of the hotel on your web site, on hotel loop, is not recognized by a GPS. We had to call the hotel to get directions.

Everything was very clean. Staff was SO great! There is a coin op laundry room too.
I bought 2 water bottles at the lobby because there was nowhere to refill my water bottle and paid almost $8 for it!! Also there is no towels for the pool and spa :( you have to either bring it from your room or just go back to it fully wet.

having the bar and bartender was super nice! the people who checked us in were nice as well. the texting if you needed anything was super great too.
it was 12:30 at night, someone from the front desk tried calling my room three times..after not getting the hint they come and knock on my door asking if I can give them a name that the room is reserved under?! I have a one year old that got woken up because of this. THAT COULDNT HAVE WAITED TILL THE MORNING? you guys couldn’t have waited till a decent time in the morning to ask me what name the room was reserved under, but for some reason just had to come and knock on my door at almost one in the morning waking up everyone in my room including my baby? just very annoying. plus..you spend that much to stay somewhere and you don’t get breakfast included so that’s just annoying in itself.
