Located in a central position, close to the beach and all the facilities.
Everyone is very helpful and willing to assist you. They can arrange even tour to the while Sri Lanka, so it might be a good starting point to start your travel.
Ideal place as well, to do computer work, with tea and coffee and wifi available

THANK YOU! This was such a lovely stay and we plan to return at the end of our trip if we have time.
We arrived around 3am extremely tired from travelling over 3 days in India by bus and flight to get here. We were accommodated firstly with checking in so late & second with a complimentary late checkout the next day & water. I can’t stress enough how much of a warm welcome we got and how helpful the staff were. Shops and restaurants all within walking distance and not to mention the beautiful beach across the road. Great, fast Wi-Fi and hot water in the shower.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Easy access to the beach. Very safety place. You can enjoy some delicious foods from Junny Food (Janaka recommend it to us).

1. No credit card payments entertained. We had to search for an ATM amidst everything. Fortunately found one in 1 KM radius

Very confortable bed, very clean and very welcoming and nice staff! They were accommodating and accepted a 3am check in which I really appreciated.

It was a little smelling cigarette. My nose is very sensitive to it. They don't allow for people to smoke but they probably did before. But also people don't always listen. Obviously cigarette smell is hard to leave. It is not the hotel's fault in the end. It is not that bad but only for people " allergic" to cigarette smell. However it could only be in my room.

the staff were really friendly and helpful, good location for beach, restaurants and shops. Very close to airport which was our main reason to stay. Sorted out transfers for us too.
the rooms were very basic for us,, fine for one night but not for the duration of your stay. There was only one single sheet for a double bed and no other sheets for us to use unfortunately

- cockroaches
- dirty sink and other parts of the bathroom
- noisy (directly at the road; without proper isolation of sounds)
- mosquitoes included
- water was cold and low pressure

unforutnately the room was very unclean, i do understand there are less guests due to covid bit its such a shame that a place does not clean the rooms
