We chose thus hotel for the location and price

Our first room, the toilet didn't flush. The second room had not been renovated. There were no USB charging ports.

Bed was comfortable.

Bathtub wouldn't drain. Took a shower at about 7pm and water was still standing in the tub the next day. Had some shady characters walking around outside the property. One man was weirdly walking around with his hands down his pants looking very inappropriate.

Clean. Worth the price

Lack of towels. Poor quality of bathroom supplies. Bed only so-so.

There is a huge homeless population walking around and digging in the dumpster. There were people walking all around. I have never stayed in such a sketchy hotel in my life!!!!

There was a dog barking in the hotel. It says nowhere prior to booking about being pet friendly.

Location a little schetchy, across the street from a run down hotel with questionable people hanging outside.

I’ve stayed here before it was clean and comfortable. the staff in the past was very unpleasant and really arrogant and angry but my next time staying there was great all around my approach was ok just check in and go to your room but the front desk operator was different and she was GREAT! her name is Q I think but totally different approach put me at ease I was so happy great customer service great attitude approachable and appreciated thank you!
