One of the best weeks of my life and this property was a big reason why.

Our family has a wonderful week at "the Tiki House". We especially enjoyed the direct access to the beach, the pool and hot tub, and the very spacious home. We certainly hope to return!

What a beautiful vacation home! Thank you for a memorable trip. This home was stocked with everything we needed to have a great time. They even had everything we wanted for the beach, including boogie boards and beach chairs. Thanks again!!

We had a great week at Knott's Way. The pool and interior property could use some updates and repairs, but doesn't take away from enjoying the house. The teenagers really enjoyed watching tv and listening to music in the tiki hut. We did have a younger dog with us and wasn't aware we would have to walk to the end of the street to a grass area for potty breaks. The pool area is fenced and they provide a plastic gate to cover the stairs. We used chairs to hold the gate, but a more adventurous dog might not be safe. Be aware the patio gets extremely hot. I know many come to the island to enjoy the restaurants, but we had a large group of teenage boys celebrating graduation and chose to eat at the house. If you like to cook in, be advised so that you can pack accordingly: The kitchen and Tiki area refrigerators were wonderful! They made plenty of ice and kept our food cold. The kitchen refrigerator is large. The stove has 6 burners and was great in preparing several dishes at one time. There is plenty of countertop space, and the cutlery was perfect for our menus. However, there is only one casserole dish for baking, size 9x15. There are no standard sized spatulas, no muffin tins, and the cookie sheets are older and very thin. There is only one oven and it is extremely small, more like one you’d find in a small apartment. There are no serving platters or dishes. There are plenty of plates and drink ware, but only 6 bowls. There are numerous beach chairs provided and the short walk to the beach made it easy to come back and forth to the house. The beach at the end of the path was not busy, but you're close enough to shipyard to have the lifeguard if you choose. The owner answered questions and concerns quickly.

The home is perfect. We have memories to last a life time. Place was spotless, beautiful and well maintained.

Property lived up to high expectations. Communication with Brian was excellent and we had a phenomenal holiday week in late 2021. Proximity to the beach was approximately 75 yards and made it easy to visit multiple times/day or make a full beach day out of it. Pool and hot tub were excellent amenities. Kitchen was well appointed and stocked with all basic cooking needs. Would recommend this home to a family or friend.

We spent Thanksgiving week at this house and it was perfect. It’s got a view of the beach with an easy walkway access. The pool and the hot tub were very enjoyable. The five bedrooms are all roomy with plenty of space for our large group. The upstairs living area was nice for the kids hang out. I definitely recommend this place and would like to go back.

We had a very positive experience staying with a large extended family at this 2nd row beachfront home. Great outdoor entertainment space and large bedrooms all with en-suite baths were standout features. Responsive and accommodating management. Would gladly stay again.

Beautiful house with a lovely floor plan, however in need of repair inside and out. Many cleanliness issues.

Layout of house was nice. Outside really needs some attention. The decking around the pool had paint peeling off the boards and some boards just need replaced. Tile was missing from the pool. The Tiki Hut area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. For what we paid I expected it to have been in better shape.

This was the best property we have stayed at in HHI. We loved the Tiki hut bar outside, it was close to the beach, the house was great with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. It has an open floor plan which we love. I would recommend to anyone with a large family gathering. It was great! Cindy from Statesboro, Ga.

Great stay! Wonderful location short walk to quiet beach and Short bike ride to town for ice cream. Pool and hot tub were a huge hit with teens. Would definitely stay here again. Plenty of room - great lay-out with separate bathrooms for each bedroom and 2 family rooms.

We had a wonderful family vacation with easy access to the bike trail and great access to the beach .

We had 8 women staying at the house. We enjoyed every minute. The outdoor area is beautiful. The furniture inside including the beds is very comfortable. The property manager was responsive . Worth the cost, would love to return.

We stayed for a long weekend with 2 other families. We had 8 kids ages 6m-8years. The property was absolutely beautiful and in a perfect location. Brian was super helpful, and made the whole process go smoothly. I would definitely recommend staying here, and will be considering it again for next time.

Great stay

We booked this for a relaxing bachelorette weekend to be on the beach and the pool! The house is so close to the beach it was awesome. The pool deck may need a little work, the paint was coming off, and a few boards were loose. We enjoyed the tiki bar sound bar while hanging in the pool and hot tub. It was nice to have the beach chairs for the beach. We would definitely come back! Brian also replied to us so quickly and was able to let us check in a little early which was great!

Great house and location for family week together. Lots of room for 8 adults. Convenient to shops and for deliveries. Property manager responded quickly to questions and provided reservation and check-in details promptly. Clean and maintained pool and hot tub.

This is a beautiful spacious home just a short walk to the beach. Our family had a blast. Brian couldn't have been more accommodating all during the COVID-19 concerns. Knotts Way holds a special place in our hearts.

We had a large family trip planned...with the Covid situation this still proved to be an excellent choice...we enjoyed the short walk to the beach, spending each day in the pool and hot tubs, and the daily time at the tiki bar...Brian was great with responses and his review were top notch. we were able to make the most of the trip with the pre-setup with bikes, the recommendation of the Kayak trip, which we took up all slots for a private family excursion, they biked to the circle area shops or on the beach. Plenty to do on or near the property to keep the trip fun...through this unique pandemic. Brian was awesome at keeping me posted with options to keep our trip or reschedule as needed with the virus...we were so glad we could keep our time and enjoy a much needed family vacation. Would definitely rent this location again. Perfect family trip.

We loved this house. It is set one house back from the beach with a nice wooden boardwalk for direct access to the beach which was very convenient. The bedrooms were all very spacious and each had access to its own bathroom. The floor plan is nice and open as well making this a great home to rent and stay at with others and/or ideal for entertaining. We also loved the upstairs bar, the pools tiki bar, and found the outdoor fridge very convenient. Finally, I loved how dog friendly this rental was. It wasn’t just “we don’t mind if you bring a dog” friendly, the property has dog gates, dog bowls, and the pool area is fully fenced in so you can let Fido out to hang out at the pool with you. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone renting with a family, with pets, or who just wants a nice place to get away in a comfortable setting.

We had an amazing week in Hilton Head at this property. The home was large enough to comfortably accommodate 4 families - 10 adults and 3 children. The home is just as pictured, conveniently located, and ideal for a family getaway. The rooms are spacious, well appointed, and the elevator is very convenient. The property manager, Brian, was great to work with and very responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This will be a yearly trip for our family!

We spent a week in Hilton Head. Our family consisted of six adults and three kids under the age of 6. Everything was as advertised and we all had a great time together. Getting to the beach was super easy and the beach chairs came with the house, which was very convenient. Having the pool was a life saver. It was so hot and humid, being able to cool down with the pool, was a great option! Took two day trips to Savannah and Charleston. Plenty of restaurants choices! Couldn't have had a better time!!

The house was perfect for our family’s Spring Break 2019 getaway! The location was fabulous - - just a few steps away from the beach. The pool was the hit of the week, though. Brian couldn’t have been more helpful and responsive if we had a question about anything! We will definitely recommend this property to family and friends and we plan to be back in the near future! Our families enjoyed the house and the location was great. There is private walking path to the beach. 2nd row house but loved the fact that we felt like we just steps from beachfront. When it was too chilly to be on the beach, our kids loved swimming in the pool and enjoyed riding their bikes around the neighborhood. The house is not far from Coligny so we either walked their on the beach or rode our bikes.
