We have stayed at this location several times and always plan trips when we know this particular unit is available. The view and the property cannot be beat, quiet and cozy! Owner is always responsive and the unit has everything that is advertised. We love it and WILL be back many times! Thank you

This property is perfection! 2 balconies with a gorgeous view of the beach that you can walk to in literally 2 minutes. Very clean. Kitchen is loaded with everything you need. Loved having beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels to use! Access to heated pool and hot tub was amazing. Just an overall wonderful place to stay!

We had a wonderful time staying the condo. The views were amazing and everything we needed was supplied. The owners were so easy to get a hold of and were quick to reply whenever we reached out. We definitely hope to stay again. Thanks for Everything!!

Absolutely wonderful stay! The condo has white water views from every spot, and the beach is footsteps away. The owner has a well stocked kitchen with quality items, very thoughtful details for what your stay might need. Loved the upstairs deck great place to relax and let the ocean sounds sooth your soul. Both the condo and the property is immaculate and maintained perfectly.!!! Looking forward to my next stay at this lovely beach get away.

Fabulous location; comfortable and cozy!

Our stay was perfect even with the rain, which was much needed….excellent communication and directions for checking in/out.

The property was very nice as was the unit. The owner is outstanding and attentive to any concerns. The unit is well cared for and well stocked. The location is also very close to just about everything. My only negative is first impression when you get off the elevator. The hall way is dated with stained carpeting and unit doors are very old. But that being said, I loved the unit and again the grounds are very pretty. 5/star owner of the unit.

Th is was our second time staying at this property. It has become our favorite unit in North Coast Village. Perfect views, perfect location, perfect set up for our family. Can’t wait to come back!

This was perfect for us to get away for a bit. But also want to come back with the kids!

My family and I loved our stay and would definitely stay here again! Here's a summary of our stay: Check in: It was a bit tricky checking in after hours as we didn't know where to find the 24/7 patrol and where our extra car can park but once figured out, everything else was perfect. Speaking of extra parking, there is a public pay parking lot across the community where overnight parking is available. It's only a few minutes walk from the unit so that was very convenient. Our stay: We stayed 2 nights and I have to say this property is probably one of the best VRBO/rental properties that I've stayed in not only for obvious reasons like the great location, beautiful views, and the at-home feeling that you don't get in a hotel but because of how very clean, comfortable, well-organized, and available everything was. Thu is a great host. She is responsive and she has definitely thought of anything and everything one might need during your stay at this cute property. From all the kitchen essentials, with a nice big fridge, to the bathroom supplies (there's even a big bottle of shampoo and body wash if you forgot to bring yours) with extra rolls of toilet paper, to all of the beach necessities as others have mentioned (including sand toys for kids which my 5yr old daughter enjoyed)--she really made sure it would be a relaxing and no-stress stay. All of the furniture and appliances were in great working condition, not to mention high quality, not like the cheap uncomfortable ones that most rental properties have (If you've stayed at these types of places quite a bit, you know what I mean). What I loved and surprised us the most was there was even a little wagon in the garage storage to help with hauling all of the beach stuff that they also have readily provided! That to me was a life saver because that wagon, although needing some WD-40 😂, got the job done and none of us had to hand carry anything to the beach except for our small personal stuff so THANK YOU! I didn't see a beach umbrella, though, but maybe we just didn't look at the right place. That would've been icing on the cake if there was one! Check out: Super easy! Just follow the directions given and you're done! I don't know how the other rental units in the community are but I wouldn't think twice about booking this same place again in the future eventhough it's not as close to the beach as we'd like. It's still just a few mins walk...

We left heat over100o to enjoy the ocean view & breeze and temps in the high 70's. We walked on the beach every day and had dinner outdoors at local restaurants every night.

Enjoyed a 2 night stay in August with my husband and 2 children (ages 8 and10). The pool, jacuzzi, easy beach access and beautiful ocean view from the unit’s 2 balconies were our favorites. The unit itself offers a large living room with a Murphy bed and a sofa bed, along with a half bathroom and the first balcony. The master bedroom is accessed by stairs, and has a large bathroom and a second balcony. The beds were comfortable and the unit was well equipped. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

We have stayed at NCV a half dozen times over the years and this was by far our favorite condo. It's so close to the beach, you can hear the waves crash from your room and with ocean views from both balconies. It's the perfect set-up for a family with kids. The master is upstairs and the kids slept downstairs. There's plenty of room with the hideaway murphy bed. We ate several meals on the spacious upstairs balcony. The condo was fully stocked with pretty much everything you could need. There were many thoughtful details like dryer sheets, band-aids, sand toys, etc. We will definitely stay in this unit again next time we're in Oceanside!

This is an absolutely gorgeous unit in a great complex. So spacious and beautifully decorated. We have stayed many times in North Coast Village and this units location is fantastic. The owners communication is speedy and helpful. Can’t wait to stay here again!

An awesome vacation. The beach was easy to access. 10 minute walk to the pier and a 5 minute walk to the harbor! The property was well maintained. Our room had everything we needed for our stay. Umbrella, chairs, boogie boards and wagon were provided which was great. We will definitely be back!

This place is beautifully decorated, the shower feels wonderful & the upstairs balcony is a great place to sit and watch the surfers while enjoying coffee. We never left- just walked the strand and surrounding area to eat out and enjoy the views. The grounds are lovely, the grills on the property were not working, so we decided it was a sign to just eat out and not bother cooking. The hot tub was great and the check-in and out was easy. We slept with the sound of the ocean and the ceiling fan kept us cool.

The check in process was a bit confusing due to a miscommunication on parking location, however the apartment and view were absolutely amazing. Lot's of shopping and food locations near by. Safe and friendly area with lots of things to do. We'd absolutely would stay there again!!!!

Absolutely incredible beach front location with beautiful ocean views from 2 balconies. Penthouse condo is well stocked with everything you would need for your stay(could have used a second roll of paper towel for the week and a couple more rolls of toilet paper). Host responds promptly to all communication.

I stay in Oceanside every year and have stayed before in this community but this was the first time in this unit. It is beautiful and has EVERYTHING one needs for a comfortable and fun stay. The owners were very accommodating and helpful. I plan to stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

It had everthing you could want steps to the sand, restaurants, shopping. So much on the property to keep teens and kids happy. The unit was well appointed comfortable for the four of us, we heard no noise from neighbors units surrounding us. Our last day fall break kids took over the place so would book around these days if that would be an issue. Definitely a repeat booking.

It was spacious, had close parking to the elevator, and had kitchen items we use everyday such as a great coffee maker & bender.Too bad the oven had not been left clean, but we didn't need to use it.

Beautiful and clean property. Very quiet and serene.

We loved the ocean view from both patios. The inside is beautifully remodeled making it easy to relax. Also, the master bedroom mattress was the most comfy hotel mattress I’ve ever slept on.
