Das Reinigungspersonal ist ins Zimmer gekommen ob wohl das „Bitte nicht stören Schild“ hing. Grade das ist mir sehr wichtig da ich gesundheitsbedingt viele Medikamente rum liegen habe und mir selber vorbereite Hätte mir gewünscht dass das Schild, und meine Privatsphäre respektiert wird Am Abreisetag stand eine Stunde vor dem Check out der Reinigungspersonal schon warteten auf der Terrasse, sehr unangenehm. Man sollte wissen das es sehr viele Treppen gibt, und keinen Aufzug. Für uns war das kein Problem

The view from the property is amazing! It’s also a good spot for traveling from one place on the island to another but only if you rent a bike. Without that- you are basically in the middle of nowhere

The owner or the manager was not very helpful and didn’t explain a thing when I came there. When I wanted to return the bike in the evening at 8pm as I had an early ferry to catch, he was very unhappy that they need to take care of me. In the bathroom was only very strange, blue light and you could clearly see what they clean and why is forgotten since ages. Also- tag on the door “please do not disturb” was ignored and the room was cleaned despite of the tag. Place got amazing potential but it’s not used properly.

Great hotel with lovely staff who will help you with everything you need. Good pool with fantastic views and beach downstairs. Very good value for what you are getting. Good room service every day with fresh towels and brand new water bottles. Overal a fantastic experience.

This is in no way a negative thing, just suggesting things that could be improved - the hotel is fantastic value for what you are paying: bathroom drain often doesn't work well and the water builds up, some towels are stained.

the room was spacious and the private beach was nice to have! you could rent bikes and do laundry through the hotel which was very convenient. once you got their attention they were helpful and sweet.

the staff was really friendly though the place wasn’t the most well run. Much of the stay we felt like we were chasing the staff to get clarity on when our laundry was returning, when the room would be cleaned, and having to wait on reception because they were sitting at the pool bar all the time, and tiny fees we weren’t told about up front. no chairs or shade on the beach, and only a few cabanas for guests, and unfortunately it’s loud at the pool because the staff is often talking or shouting at each other across the pool

The staff was really friendly & helped if anything was unclear. They cleaned it daily. The apartment is good located and next to some nice places. I can recommend it! :)

The staff was amazing, very helpful and kind. The resort has a beautiful view of the sea and a private beach. Very calm and relaxed vibe at the resort. We loved to have the ability to fill up our water bottles at the hotel. The pool is big enough for swimming, which was great. We rented a motorcycle from the resort which was very convenient (200 bat per day). We had given an upgraded room for our honeymoon which was very big and comfortable and a goodies basket as well. We really recommend this resort for couples.

The location is not really near the center where all the restaurants and shops are, so it is highly recommended to rent a motorcycle, which surely will upgrade your stay.

The view, the sunset, the private beach and the location are all strong reasons to come back here always and forever. I also enjoyed the swimming pool, the size of the suite and the kindness of the staff.

I stayed here before covid and could notice the difference. However, the staff apologized for some misses and explained us the reason behind those, overall no main issue. If they want to keep these prices they should improve the facilities in the room.

I have travelled to many countries and stayed at many hotels. This is the first hotel ive ever stayed at that was way better then expected. We stayed at a 4 star hotel in samui right before this stay, and I can honestly say that this place was way, way better. The staff are amazing! Very helpful, kind and make you feel very welcomed. I don't think the place would be as nice If it wasnt for the people working there. The boss lady was so nice to me and my family. She's been the best host ever and been very helpful and thoughtful. Her daughter was also super nice to us. The rooms are clean. We didn't use the pool because there is a beach literally a couple of meters from the hotel, but overall pool looks nice. No food but they have menu for delivery and bring food to the room which is a awesome service. Beach was clean. Location is great, but need car/scooter for transport specially during night when it gets really dark. Free water refill. AC in rooms worked great, so did the showers. I would definitely recommend this place. IMO this is a 4 star hotel and I would love to come back. Me and my family had a great time here.

The walk from beach to lobby can be challenging while holding a baby/bag and for older people. Cleaning service was not the best. Clothes smelled good but we had some stains on our clothes. We still used the service a couples of times though so it wasnt all that bad and from what I understand it's a external service so it's not really the hotel responsibility.

The staff was very attentive and friendly. Especially BeeBee. The view is awesome. my room was spacious and bright.

My safe was out of service until I asked for a physical key. The room floor has never been swept out even when I checked in. Everything else was just fine.
