Location was good, short walk through to beach

No air conditioning, luckily the heat wave hit in the 3 days after we left, sleeping would have been uncomfortable in extreme heat

The location was great. The unit was very well equipped with everything we needed. It had a very nice holiday feel and was generally comfortable. I would stay here again.

The main bed has a large dip in it and needs replacing. The ceiling fans are old and noisy, especially at night if you need them in Summer.

Quiet street, easy walk to the beach, great facilities for the cost, spacious

Mattress worn out a bit

Location was decent and kitchen was well equipped.

House is very dated. All kitchen equipment needs updating and house itself is run down. The property managers I found to be a bit much and overpowering and didn’t make us feel like we were there to enjoy a family holiday. More like we were walking on eggshells if we forgot to do something or didn’t follow what they said exactly.

Well resourced kitchen, internet, games and books. Nice bedspreads. Spacious.

Some things didn't work in the house and it had an ant problem. Horrible garden. Dripping tap in shower.

Location was handy for Shoal Bay and Nelsons Bay
