Great location. Plenty of room. Facilities were excellent. Beds were great. The unit had everything we needed.

Nothing to dislike except maybe an extra set of keys

Spa bath was out of use Basin in main bathroom was partially blocked, so drained extremely slowly

Location was good, close to everything was able to walk everywhere. Large premises and plenty of space for our family group with children, the property itself was great for a group wanting to go away for a weekend.

Fridge didn't work, had to buy esky's and ice to keep food cold, couldn't get in contact with managing agent's as they are closed on weekends, aircon doesn't work in bedroom area's only the main living area which made the bedrooms very stuffy and they didn't have screens on the bedroom balcony doors so couldn't leave doors open for airflow. Ensuite bathroom vanity tap had no water pressure. We found food in oven from previous visitors, so doesn't say much for the cleaners. After reading other reviews after the fact it seems that certain problems have been ongoing and doesn't seem to be a priority to get fixed.

The space and parking. How close it was to everything

Very spacious and comfortable apartment. Clean on arrival and excellent location in Nelson Bay 😁

The apartment lacks the small details for example: tea towel and dish cloth to dry and clean dishes (which is requested by the rental company), soap/ body wash in the bathrooms and showers, lack of adequate amount of toilet paper for 10 people, tea/coffee making items, beds have to be made by the guests, had to take out bins, no hoover available so have to sweep the floors as requested. Lacked instructions regarding how to operate car park and it’s location. Spa and incinerator were out of order and not highlighted at time of booking. All small details that could make this apartment wow 🤩
