Wonderful place. Decor and furnishings were great. Well stocked with the essentials. Communication with host was good. Each floor had separate bedroom and bathroom that provided for some privacy. Great mountain views. Roads a little hard to drive but we managed okay.

The owner was beyond gracious and her home was perfect. I have done vrbo for many years and by far this was the best experience. I highly recommend this location. It is by everything you wish to do

Margaret was AMAZING and we highly recommend staying at this property. A few days before our arrival Margaret called to find out if our son (3yrs old) naps. When I told her he does, she changed our check-in time to accommodate his nap schedule. When we arrived at the cabin we were excited to see the beautiful property. Margaret had the cabin fully stocked with necessities and was extremely helpful when we lost power due to a storm. We loved watching the mama bear and her four cubs roam the neighborhood. The patio was great for grilling and making s'mores. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the beautiful sunsets. I would highly recommend this cabin and Margaret as your host.

The cabin was very clean and the five little boys that were with us had a blast on all three floors! We say a mama bear and three cubs right outside our door! It was a great experience!

We had four generations of our family (age 1 to 81) stay at the cabin, and it was the perfect choice for everyone. Margaret was very informative ahead of our stay, which was very helpful. The amenities at the cabin were great. We are used to having to provide sheets, towels, soaps, etc., so to have these items provided for us was wonderful. The retractable baby gate at the staircase was a lifesaver l, as we have a very curious 1 year old. The location of the cabin was amazing. It felt like we were in the wilderness, yet the drive into town was only a few minutes. We all agreed that we would love to stay there again.

The kitchen was stocked very well. The cabin was clean and the bathrooms were well stocked. There were a few furnishings that needed updating. The power kept tripping in the master suite the entire stay and we had to keep resetting the circuit breaker. The grout needs filing in some areas on the stairs a few of my guess kept tripping on the stairs.

We stayed for a week and had a great time. The location of the cabin was perfect. It was so clean and well-stocked. My husband and I were there with our two teenage daughters and we had so much space to spread out. Margaret was a great hostess. She called 3 days before we were due to arrive and also the day we arrived to make sure we settled in ok. Highly recommend this cabin tp anyone visiting Gatlinburg.

We loved our stay at this house. It was an easy drive down to all of the attractions, grocery store and down the road from where our niece was getting married. The bedroom and bathroom layout is well suited for family/couple groups. It’s a beautiful house, inside and out. We spent every morning rocking on the porch and enjoying the peace and quiet. Our mom even saw a bear and her 3 cubs! We loved our time here!

This property was perfect for our three family stay. Each family had their own floor with plenty of room and a restroom. The “extras” provided were the best we’ve ever had…fun snacks, well stocked kitchen, and toiletries. The property host was so kind and thoughtful checking on us after we arrived. The mountain view from the patio was beautiful and the cabin furnishings were very nice and comfortable. What a great family trip we had for a reasonable price! We would definitely rent this amazing property again… grandkids LOVED it …(ages 9,11,15)

This property was amazing! Super clean and had additional items you may have forgotten readily available, such as toothbrushes, hair dryers, q-tips, and so much more. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need if cooking at the cabin.
There were so many areas to relax, and we enjoyed sitting on the porch every morning with our coffees. It's within a 10-15 minute drive to all the attractions and just an overall great place to relax and enjoy the Smoky Mountains!

Our family with 3 teenagers had a wonderful stay. The pool table and hot tub were thoroughly enjoyed. The cabin was so well stocked with everything we could need. The closeness to Gatlinburg and the national park for hikes was great. Margaret was a delight and made herself available for any questions.

The cabin was lovely and slept our 7 comfortably. Ms. Hughes was extremely helpful and easy to reach during our stay. The cabin was very clean and well stocked. I highly recommend the experience staying at the Laureli Cabin.

We had the best time! The cabin is easily located and had plenty of space for my family to be able to hang out but also have our own space. We had a toddler, infant, teenager, 4 adults, and a senior and everyone loved it! It’s stocked with everything you will need to cook, which was extremely helpful!
Margaret is an amazing host! We were fortunate that it worked out we could stay an extra day and she was always easy to communicate with and even checked in on us after we got there to make sure everything was okay.
The Christmas decor was so perfect! The attention to detail was amazing and we got to take some awesome pictures.

6 adults and 2 kids. We planned this Thanksgiving family gathering. We really don’t go and do much but just spend time at the cabin enjoying our family time. We did schedule a photo shoot on Saturday then went to dinner and did a little shopping and enjoyed the lights. Would recommend this for anyone wanting to get away and enjoy the Smokey Mountains.

What a great rental perfectly perched on top of a hill. The sights in the morning were amazing. The drive to either Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg were easy to get to.
The host was wonderful and easily accessible at all times! Would highly recommend this beautifully decorated mountain top cabin.

The mountain view from the porch is beautiful! Margaret is a wonderful host who goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. The cabin was clean and well kept and the kicthen was equipped with all the tools we needed for cooking in. We will definitely be looking to rebook this cabin on our next trip to Gatlinburg!

This cabin is amazing and very well stocked! The location is great between both downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Our family of 8 stayed for a week and everyone had their own floor and privacy. We LOVED the fire pit for smores. It was a great week, we really enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful time and the cabin worked perfectly for our family of five adults and two children. The main level houses the kitchen and a bed/bath, but there are nice spaces below (basement level) and on the second floor which includes a loft. Very well appointed and clean. Lots of nice added touches that the host provides. We had a wonderful visit and would highly recommend.

A clean and well stocked cabin on a quiet road. Still close to everything. This cabin was one of the nicest we have been to with well appointed furniture, well stocked bathrooms, and a decent size kitchen. The outdoor fireplace worked great.
The three levels provided ample space for three different couples. Each bathroom had plenty of extra towels and amenities if some were forgotten at home.
Overall, would stay here again in a heartbeat. Everyone agreed that they love the cabin and would gladly return.

Cabin was very nice and well kept, host was awesome. Only issues we had was accessibility with a trailer.
Drive way could use some work to accommodate. It was fine for an small truck or SUV, had some issues getting the trailer in and out. Overall great place. Would stay again
