Bad news, Loudspeaker blared warning to "trespassers", 2/4 nights, not much sleep. Talked to front desk and called the manager. We were told "it's not our problem, call the marina". Poor management, nice clean condo.

Management company said this was the best of the 6 on offer but we would not stay in this one again unless they spend some money on it.

The condo was nice, but we did not experience as much of the "resort" as we anticipated, since we were assigned a "marina condo" and not one on the island (we were told we would have an island condo). Since the water taxi did not run until 11:30 it was not easy to get over there in the morning. The staff was not real clear or helpful at explaining options to get over there at non water taxi times.

Unit was nice, slight odor, nice marina views, but the matress was the worst I have ever slept on or should I say tried to sleep on. We ended up laying awake until 5 am and decided to cut our stay short and just drive back home.

Our Villa had worms on the floor. We got little red itchy bites allover our bodies. There were bugs in the couch. The shower came out in a blast -no end on it.

Little disappointed
Check in was very simple. The surrounding property, restaurant and pool area was wonderful. The unit itself, upon arrival it had a very musty, old smell. We opened the doors trying to air out. Furnishings are very tired and in need of some updating as well as the appliances. No internet , my husband was trying to work a little one morning and had to take his laptop to the pool area. Really enjoyed the water taxi over to Rum bay restaurant for dinner. Everyone at the Marina was very friendly and welcoming. This was our first VRBO experience, won't be our last but will definitely be more diligent about my research. We picked this location because it was near friends we were visiting.

My second year at this lovely well kept condo. Views of the inland waterway and marina make for a relaxing balcony experience. A very well kept pool with friendly neighbors. Additionally, condo conviently located to gulf beaches, retail establishments, restaurants, and not to mention just a short jump to Boca Grande.

Always a nice stay. One thing to note is the unit we stayed in this time needs the front door adjusted as the top bracket is lose and the screws are stripped as I checked. Makes it very hard to open from inside going on - you have to push down on door hard and pull

Spent two wonderful weeks at Harbortown. Condo was spotless and very well kept by owners as well as the Home Owners Association. Additionally, the property management team does a great job at handling all details of the stay. The location between the marinas provides a great view and the pool and club area very nicely kept. Amenities including Palm Island facilities just perfect including water taxi and Rumbay and Leverock’s restaurants. . Boat owners and other condo guests and owners all very friendly and welcoming, can’t wait to go back.

Unit 1113 was extremely clean and the management team at Palm Island Resort very helpful and professional. For the price paid for a 1 bedroom/1 bath we expected the unit better stocked. The screened lanai is lovely, though the large liveaboard boats in the Marina block the view from this unit and it can be quite noisy at times. Pool and nearby Leverocks restaurant both fabulous and Publix just a couple miles away. Overall enjoyable month long stay.

We rented this unit in this location to test the marina life. The unit was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. Leverock's Restaurant is a gem a 200 foot walk away. If considering Palm Island, the marina is a good place to start without the isolation of the Island itself but access to all the resort amenities.

We stayed in the Harbor Town Villas on the Marina and enjoyed the access to our boat, the pool, and Johnny Leverocks. Our unit was well equipped, and beautifully furnished. This is our fifth time to Palm Island, and every time it's always a Five Star stay for us! Keep up the good work!
