We had a small family reunion - Becky was so incredibly helpful and the house was beyond perfect. Immaculate! Becky is a real Super Host!!

The property had a great layout perfect for our family. Was close to downtown lake George and a short drive to Gore Mountain. Fireplace pit was a great bonus too. Will definitely try to book again in the future :)

A large and beautiful place, perfect for family and friends to relax and enjoy in, well furnished bed rooms, living room, kitchen and sitting rooms. Provided privacy for anyone who seeks it, or to be together in the kitchen, dinning or living area. A very nice and memorable stay.

First of all let me just say the minute you walk in, you go WOW! It is an amazing house with so much character and personal touches it feels just like home and is so relaxing. Becky is certainly an artist with her creativity and paintings. The house was fully loaded with anything you could ever need for a vacation. I loved the layout. It was just 3 couples and we each had our own private floor and bathrooms. But it could accommodate many more, we just chose for it to be us. We did have neices, nephews and other family members pop in and enjoy the bon fire and such. Not only did we roast hot dogs for the little ones, we had a lot to choose from to entertain them with connect 4 etc.... Due to the time of year, many places had closed for the season but we had a plate full with our own engagements to keep us occupied. The only drawback I would say is there is no immediate lake access but I am sure it is there somewhere. We just didn't need it. However, you could see the lake and we got lots of great pics and enjoyed our coffee on the back deck looking out over the lake and mountains. Becky was a great host and was only a call away if you needed her. She is a "Super Host". I would definately recommend this property for family/friends get together.

From the moment you unlock the door and take your first step inside, all you can hear out of everyone’s mouth is WOW! The photos just don’t do this house and all of its amenities justice! From the amazing extra large living room with eye catching slatted wood ceilings and grand stone fireplace to its 4 seasons porch with retracting windows, bistro lights and a heater to finish. Each floor has a full bathroom and there is also a half bath off the kitchen. There are PLENTY of places to relax and enjoy a book, build a puzzle, play a board game or even video games. The bonus room downstairs was a MAJOR hit with the 6 kids we had with us and we absolutely appreciated the built in baby gate at the top of the stairs, to keep the under 2 year old from falling down the stairs. As well as the baby gate that was supplied for the top of the deck stairs! The kids roasted s’mores around the fire pit, caught frogs around the pond and raced tricycles in the deck! The adults enjoyed morning coffee in the deck’s Adirondack chairs in the morning and cocktails watching the sunset on the lake in the afternoon. The internet and Alexa technology throughout the house is also worth mentioning! It was able to accommodate 6 iPhones, 4 iPads, a work zoom meeting, countless hours of Disney+ and multi family dance parties!! We even had the kids asking Alexa to tell us jokes! The kids were sad to leave and the adults were reluctant as well! We are looking forward to when we can visit Lacy View again! Lastly, we want to commend the home owners, Bill and Becky, for allowing us the privilege of using their house for our multi-brother/family vacation! You have built an amazing house and packed it full of the most cozy and inviting amenities for renters alike! Becky were easy to get a hold of if we needed something, happy to make recommendations and answered all of our questions quickly! Thank you again for an amazing place to stay and make memories for our Lake George vacation!!

This home is absolutely gorgeous. My family felt right at home the minute they walked through the door. We were five adults, two teenagers and two children. There was more than enough comfortable spaces to all be together and plenty of adorable books to have quiet time alone. The lake is right across the street and can be easily seen from the property. The owner is so nice and always answered my emails quickly. Everything, everything was perfect. I cannot say enough about how beautiful this home is and how much my family enjoyed their stay. We made so many wonderful memories there. Becky, thank you so much for sharing your gorgeous home with us.

Perfect house for our group of 12. House is close to everything. Close enough to million dollar beach to launch boat, only 10 minutes away from million dollar Beach and town. Back deck on House was perfect to sit a d relax after a long day on the lake.

It's rare to find a vacation rental that is better in person than it appears online - and this house exceeded expectations in every way. This house is beautiful and well equipped! Our family of 11 (ages 3-70) enjoyed a wonderful week at this home. There are so many wonderful little spots to relax and connect. We also really enjoyed the queit street and surroundings. The proximity to the town of Lake George is also fantastic. You're close enough to enjoy all the action of the busy town and then slip away to this lakeside retreat. We would love to return. Becky was awesome to communicate and work with. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Laceyview was everything promised & more! The house was gorgeous in a beautiful neighborhood with amazing lake views. My family & I thoroughly enjoyed staying there.

Highly recommend this place! We had 3 families stay there and the setup was perfect. Plenty of space, bathrooms, and privacy while still having some great places to relax together. Bonfires with the kids, sunsets over the lake, morning yoga in the sunroom, and family game night in the basement are just some of our favorite memories there!

Fabulous getaway - we went up to Lake George to celebrate my husband‘s 60th birthday with the kids and grandkids. We had so much fun the house was awesome and Becky was an excellent hostess. Thank you!!

A great extended weekend for a family get together. Ages 7-79, to celebrate a 17th birthday for one and a chance to be together before another one goes into the army. Timed perfectly to enjoy the Ice Castles in Lake George too. Accommodations were more than we expected! Everything about our stay was perfect. There was plenty of room for all 10 of us. The kids and adults took advantage of the air hockey and foosball in the lower level game area. Great snowshoeing 20 minutes away. Our only disappointment was needing to leave. Becky was very quick to answer any of our questions. Would make a return trip in a heartbeat.

The property was behind our expectations from the cleanliness to the decor. Becky is a super person to work with. Answered any concern immediately. The only downside to our fall getaway was the leaves had not started to change yet.

If you are looking for a wonderful place for family to gather, look no further. Laceyview is comfortable and has loads of room, inside and out, for all to enjoy. Nice quiet neighborhood for walking; not much traffic and you can get glimpses of the lake along the way. I grew up in LG but never spent much time in Cleverdale except to visit friends. We lived on the opposite side of the lake, also very beautiful. We will be back.

We got good use of that, and our bikes to ride to the General Store (less than a mile) down the road every day. We spent two days hiking - definitely head towards Sleeping Beauty trail about 30 min away. Plus the town and beautiful lake of course - try Capt Darren Marino with Marino’s charter if you want to catch some big ones, and of course Parasail Joe’s. Would love to see it in the winter!

Just returned from our stay at Laceyview this morning. The house was absolutely beautiful. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. The openess, all the light coming through the windows looking out toward the lake and the woodsy decor gave such a cozy feel. This was our first experience renting a vacation home and I was nervous we would feel like we were intruding. Not the case at all! Becky was awesome! She answered any questions we had very quickly and I was comforted knowing she was a call or text away if I had any questions or issues. This was a family trip with ages ranging from 2.5 to 79. My 2.5 year old had so much room to run around and burn energy inside and outside. We had a blast with the games and making smores around the fire. My mom was very happy relaxing on the deck in the sun, watching the lake. The house is in a very beautiful, quiet area. The only thing I will note for future renters - if visiting in the off season, call ahead to places you want to visit! There were multiple things we wanted to do or places we wanted to eat that were closed weekdays or had odd hours that were not clear on their websites. However, the house is so great that it wasn't a huge deal if we ended up back there instead. Also, be sure to go to Martha's for ice cream!! We had such a lovely experience the past five days that I don't yhink we'll ever stay in a hotel room again. Although...Becky's home may have spoiled us. Others will have big shoes to fill!!
