We loved this house. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of room to host several people. Well stocked with everything anyone would need (except food, of course). Beds are comfortable. Comfortable furniture in the living room for lounging, reading the books we brought or watching tv. Property management is very easy to work with and responds promptly.

Aggie your home is absolutely wonderful! We had a large family group for a wedding and it was a lot of coming and going. Your home gave us a restful place to relax, laugh and play some pool! Thank you so very much for letting us stay in your home :)

There was five of us and the house is very comfortable probably the most well-appointed VRBO I've ever been in. Great kitchen great back patio and close to everything. Our hosts were absolutely fabulous. The beds were great the amenities were just top notch. We will be back if they'll have us haha

Nice big house with plenty of room. Great kitchen and dining area. Lots of games for family game night. Location was convenient to stores and things we wanted to see in the area.

Our 8 member family reunion was here for 5 days. We enjoyed the stay. It was a good Basecamp, but also a great area to just hang out and spend time together. The pool table and grill were both put to good use. The kitchen was awesomely well equipped. Would go there again.

Lovely place to stay. The master bedroom (AND BATHROOM) are phenomenal. Plenty of room for the family to lounge and have a great time. 10 min to the aquarium, race track, and 15 min to Carmel. Would visit again.

What a beautiful property! Lots of space and every amenity was considered and of top quality. The home was spotless and you can tell the owners take pride in every detail of the house.

Great set up for our group with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Kitchen had everything anyone could have needed plus some. Appliances were great, clothes washer & 2 dryers. We didn't lack for anything. Great wi-fi, quiet neighborhood, close to the airport, grocery store, etc. Everyone in our group loved the stay! Thanks!

This place was perfect for our family to be together. Enough bathrooms and bedrooms. Beautiful property. Everything you need at this home for a positive comfortable experience. We would stay again.

Roomy house for our family of 6 adults and 2 toddlers. The grandkids loved the variety of books and games. Also enjoyed playing pool and ping pong in the garage. Close to park and lovely quiet neighborhood. Lots of amenities and would definitely recommend to others looking for a comfortable family place.

Our small group of friends travels to Monterey every February to enjoy time away. We LOVE this property. It is so comfy and welcoming. We eat breakfast and dinner in and the kitchen and dining room are perfect for us. We love chatting, catching up and playing a couple games of pool in the evening. During the day we explore the area - enjoy some wine tasting and try different restaurants for lunch. We are already planning next year’s trip! Perfect getaway!

We were in Monterey for a family visit. The house was perfect for our family. With a large dining and living area, we were able to spend a lot of quality time together. Highly recommend this house!!

This is our second stay at this wonderful home. The kitchen has everything you'll need, the rooms are ample and comfortable and the master bed/bath is luxurious. The park down the street is perfect for kids when they're not playing ping pong or pool in the garage. Looking forward to another return trip!

Nice kitchen, although some dining chairs stuck to the floor, due to something that looked like degraded duck tape.

Our stay could not have been better. The house had many special touches that made our stay wonderful. The house was very clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and the owner had decorated it for Christmas. There was a Christmas tree and special Christmas bedding and other decorations placed throughout the house. They made a huge effort to make it special. The house is located close to everything and is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. However, the owners really went above and beyond after our stay. My mother had left Christmas cards with cash in them in the dresser in her bedroom. Kurt and Aggie, on Christmas Eve, went out of their way to retrieve the cards from the house (the house had already been cleaned and new renters had already come) and meet up with us, saving Christmas for my mom. This is a great home, owned by great people. We hope we have an opportunity to stay again someday.

The property worked great for a group of adults that required 3 different rooms. Each group had their own bathroom and plenty of space. Proximity to Carmel and Monterey was excellent and easy to access. We plan to stay at this place again.

We had an amazing time. Perfect for our family weekend! Lovely home with all the necessities and close to everything. Our hosts made everything so easy and were very hospitable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommended. Quiet neighborhood and great parking too!

Great location with easy access to Monterey and Carmel, as well as central between Big Sur and Santa Cruz, which were two destinations during our stay. Kitchen was well-stocked and Aggie and Franz were incredibly responsive and helpful when we needed anything. Kids had a blast with the pool table and table tennis. Only mistake I made was judging accommodations (beds) by the photos rather than the inventory listed. Some bedrooms are shown twice in the photos. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Arriving from all corners of the US, our family came together for a wedding and could not have been happier with the warm and inviting home that met us just a short drive from Monterey. There is plenty of space, well-appointed and lots of fun options (including the pool and ping pong tables in the garage!). We had enough room for everyone to easily retreat to their own rooms and come together in the large and comfy public spaces.

I absolutely loved this house! It was so cozy and had everything you need. The kitchen was awesome with every kind of appliance, pot, pan, serving dish, and utensil you can imagine. We enjoyed making waffles and a giant pot of homemade soup, among other things. And we also enjoyed a couple fresh lemons from the lemon tree in the backyard. We were in town for work, but would have loved to spend more time just enjoying the house.

The house is spacious, immaculately clean, with comfortable beds, and a kitchen with everything needed for cooking and serving food.
Communication with the owners before and during our stay was prompt and positive.
It was in a very convenient location for us from the airport and the Monterey Country Fairgrounds.

Our kids (ages 10 to 14) loved it. The pool table and ping pong table kept them entertained late into the night. The home is more spacious than I imagined. The kitchen was well stocked; plenty of parking, centrally located, clean home and overall a super pleasant experience. Looking forward to returning in February!

House is very inviting with the perfect homey feeling in a nice neighborhood close to shopping. Yard is very nice for relaxing outdoors with adirondack chairs, including BBQ and a lovely upstairs balcony. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is fully stocked with every pot, pan or serving dish you need for a large group. Owners have thought of everything, even ice chests, beach towels, games, ping pong and pool tables in the garage. It was perfect to accommodate our extended family and I would definitely stay here again!

This was a great house, large spaces, clean and the kitchen was fully equipped with anything you could want. Master upstairs very spacious. Lots of closet space, places to hang your towels (so many rentals lack in having places to hang a towel). Location also convenient...we were able to quickly travel to the wharf, pebble beach, and Carmel...about 15 minutes for each. There's a nice grocery store less than 2 miles away.
The only thing I'd say needs to be improved is the lighting in the house. There's lots of lights, but it's still quite dark. Maybe updating the paint colors would help, as some of the colors were dark.
Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Del Rey Oaks!! The home was clean, spacious and had everything we could want. The kitchen was well stocked and we really enjoyed having a grill to use.
The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything in Monterey.
Aggie was quick to respond to our few questions and made us feel right at home. We would definitely stay here again!

We rented the house as we were attending Sea Otter Classic. As I was travelling with work colleagues, we all needed our own room, so this was perfect. The house was spacious and everything we needed was available. As we were only there first thing and to sleep, we didn't use everything on offer, like the games room, but it was an ideal base for us. Would very much recommend.

Spacious home, very tastefully decorated. Huge 2nd floor master suite. In a quiet suburban neighborhood, nearest stores 0.7 mi away. House is well set up for short term rental. Interor very clean. Some windows need exterior cleaning; some screens need cleaning. Overall, we were quite satisfied and would return if we needed this much space again.

The whole process from booking to checkout was amazing which has not always been the case when I’ve rented homes. Communication was prompt and clear. The house was very comfortable with lots of room for six golfing ladies. The home was stocked with everything you need. Location was nice and quiet.

The location is convenient for any kind of adventure one could desire. Coming home to this well appointed home to recharge is a delight. But there is enough to keep all ages engaged and relaxed in the home. Great vacation

Perfect house for our long weekend stay with my family (2 adults and two small children), my parents, my brother and his family (2 adults and 2 month old), and our family friend. Everyone had a great space to sleep and we didn't feel crowded since the rooms are spaced out on different sides of the house. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The yard was small but very private and nice with lots of things blooming and a lemon tree packed with lemons. My kids loved all the books in the house. It was close driving range to everything and was in a quiet neighborhood. The only issue was the kitchen was a little dark, but I think it just needed a few light bulbs changed that we couldn't reach without a ladder.
