Une bien mauvaise expérience.
pas de chauffage ni d'eau chaude à l'arrivée.
un parking quasiment inaccessible, mais si vous n'avez pas peur pour vos voitures passe encore.
mais surtout quand vous arriverez à en ressortir sans encombres et que l'attache du portail lâche et qu'il s'abbat sur votre voiture.....on vous dira que c'est votre faute car c'est un erreur de manipulation de votre part. Sans parler de la butée qui arrache le dessous de la voiture.
bref 2800€ de réparation et aucune remise en question du propriétaire ni même proposition d'un geste, malgré les photos et vidéos à l'appui.
Je suis sans doute une de ces mauvaises clientes qui inventent des histoires.
La justice fera son travail.

The sofa bed needs replacing. The covering is heavily worn, not that comfortable, and needed repairing during our stay.

Doskonała lokalizacja blisko głównych atrakcji turystycznych. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z właścicielem, który szybko reagował na problemy, które pojawiły się w czasie pobytu. Parking prywatny !!! – wierzcie mi! to bardzo istotny atut tego obiektu. Obiekt przytulnie urządzony, czysty, wygodny, dobrze wyposażony. Właściciel przygotował prosty, przejrzysty "przewodnik" korzystania z lokalu, który był bardzo pomocny.

merci pour la disponibilité et la gentillesse des hôtes, l'appartement est joli, la literie est au top (j'ai bien dormi) et c'est à proximité d'un supermarché.... et à proximité de mon lieu d'intervention pendant 2 jours - l'abbaye aux dames - j'y suis allée à pieds !! pour rejoindre le centre ville, c'est par le bus n°8 / j'y retourne la semaine prochaine et je conseille vivement

La plaque du four n'était pas nettoyé.
La télécommande de la télévision qui démarre pas très facilement ou j'ai pas compris comment ça marche peut-être.
Les couverts ,on comprend pas toute suite les flèches qui indiquent où ils sont, peut-être faire des photos dans le cahier d'accueil, si bien détaillé ?

It is a very nice apartment, close to the shop with a parking space. Quiet at night so you can get a good night sleep.

Location in the city is great, the apartment is spacious and comfortable, lots of light and air thanks to a corner location and number of tall windows.
There were no cutleries at all - not even one spoon! It would really be handy to have available at least one set of spoon, fork, and knife. The only sensible option for parking a larger car (i.e. minivan) is on the street - the space provided by the property owners is too small - if driving a bigger car, park on the street - it’s safe.

Plenty of space inside. Secure and safe with electric shutters. All appliances clean and functional. 1 minute walk to Lidl supermarket and canal.
External appearance. VERY tight parking space for family car. Lights not working in lobby.

Excellent location.We could walk into the town centre, to the train centre and to a local venue easily and safely.It only took around 20 minutes by car to get to the property from the ferry terminal.
The property was clean and warm, it had everything we needed.
The area was quiet but a short walk took you into the town centre where there was a huge choice of bars and restaurants
Off road parking was great to have.
We discovered that Caen is a really nice town with lots of historic buildings, museums and a great selection of independent shops as well as larger brands.
It did not appear clear which apartment was ours once inside the communal hallway.
The bed was not very comfortable and the pillows were soft and uncomfortable. The actual duvet had marks on it.
The bathroom cabinet did not close and that and it’s position made it impossible to either brush your teeth or wash your face without getting the floor wet.
There could be more information on Caen itself in the apartment as it is a great place to visit.

A sweet little self contained flat, very clean and modern. It is well equipped and we felt at home straight away. In the morning it was just a short stroll along a quiet path to Lidl where we bought good breakfast croissants and everything else we needed. We would have loved to stay longer than just an overnight stop en route to Finistere from the ferry port, and would certainly book here again as it would be perfect for exploring the interesting town centre of Caen.
Parking was available as requested, but we found that our car was too low to the ground to go down the ramp to the parking space so we parked on the road, which was not actually a problem. That was particular to our vehicle though, and I'm sure that a smaller, higher car would have been able to park just fine.

Lovely modern apartment with everything you could need. Light and bright excellent location for a short stroll along the canal to bar and restaurants parking an excellent advantage. What a little gem just out of town centre communication with host almost instant supermarket around the corner😍
