Очень красивая зеленая территория, большой бассейн. Просторный номер с двумя спальнями, полноценная кухня, очень быстрый wifi. 20 минут до хорошего пляжа Сурин.

У нас был номер на первом этаже с выходом в сад на дорожку к бассейну. Из-за буйной растительности перед всеми окнами в комнату практически не поступал солнечный свет. На патио купальники и полотенца не высохли за несколько дней. Плохая вентиляция в ванных комнатах. Вода на полу душевой не высыхала вообще, присутствовал запах канализации. Дорога до пляжа Бангтао без покрытия, после дождя просто грязное месиво. Рядом не нашли хороших кафе.

Bangtao Beach Garden на мой взгляд превосходные апартаменты. Превосходная зеленая территория, чистый бассейн, тишина, слышны только пения птиц. Сам пляж Банг Тао мне не понравился, но при входе на территорию апартаментов Bangtao Beach Garden такое чувство,что попадаешь в другое измерение. Рядом есть прокат автомобиля, что очень спасало, так как отпуск был не в сезон (сентябрь 2023 года), то мы семьей передвигались по всему Пхукету. Приятный вежливый персонал (охрана, уборщицы, садовники, администраторы)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious with the best equipped kitchen I have ever see in a holiday accommodation! Wifi was great as well, I work online and had no problems at all. The complex itself is lovely with beautiful gardens and really nice swimming areas, the staff are super friendly and helpful. Only a few minutes walk to Bangtao beach and about 15-20 minute walk to Surin beach, the location is very convenient and there are lots of little shops and really good restaurants nearby. I really can't fault this place and would happily stay there again. Highly recommended

Very spacious apartment. Great facilities - lovely gym, lap pool and resort pool. Comfortable beds. Washing machine very useful. Good attentive hosts (RESAVA). A few nice restaurants/beach clubs within a 10 minute walk.

Not on the beach but you can walk to Carpe Diem beach club or take a taxi to Catch Beach Club (both THB 1,500 per day). I am used to staying much closer to Laguna/Boat Avenue so ended up taking a taxi there and back each evening - 15 minutes / THB 400

Apartment was spacious , walking distance to all the lovely hotels bars as well as 7 eleven . Excellent location . Amazing customer service prompt replies and very friendly staff .

Firstly I am a woman travelling with my 3 kids so 1 adult 3 kids . The elctricity bill was extremely high 12 000 THB for 2 weeks and that is with us using it extremely wisely I only cooked twice as we were eating out and out most of the day ! There is no elevator and we were on the 3rd floor .I felt sorry for the neighbour's as I hauled our cases up the stairs ( no concierge) on arrival . The TV in the bedroom needs to be on a higher table or mounted on the wall as it's too low to lie in bed and watch a movie comfortably. Personally I would stay there again IF electricity is included in booking price . But until then I think staying at a resort would come to the same price or less for a 2 week stay .

The surrounding area is a bit odd. But still it's close to the Sea (recommend Surin beach, much better than Bangtao Beach)

This apartment is a real gem! Hosted by such a nice and helpful Lady :). Very spacious and comfortable. Two big bedrooms with separate bathrooms plus a giant living space make it perfect for a long time [but not only ;)] stay. Private terrace connected with a garden, the hidden path leading to an enormous pool with warm and refreshing water. OMG, it's a dream that came true! All are surrounded by beautiful gardens full of exotic flowers and palms that give you privacy and a great place to rest. Feeling hungry - take a little walk just to get to the local restaurants and shops, where you'll find yummy dishes or fresh fruits. The beach is also just 5 minutes from there. Absolutely RECOMMEND!

The apartment was very spacious and tastefully decorated in Thai style. being a ground floor apartment we had easy access to the main pool , which was lovely an oasis of plants and trees . pleased that there were insect screens so we could open the doors to let in air but not let in Mosquitoes.

I loved the area it was in. It was a 10-15min walk to the beach. Had a perfect outside area. 2 pools which were so lovely and mostly quiet.

We had a few leaky ceilings and a broken microwave. But were fixed quickly, by lovely staff. It was slightly out the way in terms of food and drinks. However wish the electricity was included in the price.

The location is good. It's just 10 minutes ride to Bang Tao lagoon. A good beach nearby and several restaurants as well. The property has a nice two pools. One is suitable for children. The apartment is big, at has big TV, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and even a secret place with safe. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave and oven, but it's a pity it doesn't have a dishwasher machine.

The apartment complex isn't new. It feals in the details. The apartment wasn't clean when we came. The towels and the bed sheets has stains. The water outlet in the shower was clogged. The dishes wasn't clean as well. As I mentioned, the apartment doesn't have a dishwasher machine. Some of the kitchen stuff didn't work, such as mixer. The knives were dull. We staid for 2.5 weeks, they only did one cleaning during this period and didn't even change the towels and sheets. The electricity wasn't included in the rate, so we were told that we have to pay the electricity after the booking. The electricity is quite expensive and cost 8 thb per unit. We didn't spend much time at home and we didn't use a lot of air conditioning, maybe 2-3 hours a day, but still, we paid 72 euros for our short period of stay. I think the landlord earn money from that. The doors are creak. The fealing is that the apartment is tired and not well maintained. The place could be much nicer with a little details, that could be fixed and add. For the price we paid, we expected much nicer place.

I can't think of anything I did not like about this place except it's not beachfront. Can't have everything.

The long lap pool was quiet and the grounds were stunning. Beautiful trees plants and very well maintained.

Noise from the pool overlooking the accommodation. The smell in the bathrooms of the drains. Worn furniture and the standard of cleaning. The Price did not reflect the standard of the apartment we were given.. We had friends staying there too and their apartment was exceptional. What we had expected clean beautifully furnished.

Additional electricity charge was a scam. Charged at twice the usual rate, however I was not permitted to verify the meter reading even though I requested this. I was charged at 400bht per day. Shocking.

A comfortable and spacious apartment, great for a family; located in quite a big apartment complex with a very big pool surrounded by a beautiful garden inside. The staff was extremely helpful with all our issues and contact was very quick.

The location was okay, but not the best - some restaurants and shops were nearby, however getting to the better part of Bangtao Beach required a 20 minute walk. The kitchen was not fully equipped, only very basic supplies. Aircon was only available in the bedrooms and wasn't the best we've experienced. The couch in the living room was a bit small for such a spacious apartment.
