It’s in general luna and restaurants are nearby. They have scooters available for rent too.
They overbooked. Though we were transferred to a bigger room it wasn’t a villa and we need to take stairs which i hate. There are little cockroaches in the toilet too.

Staff helped us with renting a bike. Good location to town and beach. Rooms were lovely, kitchen area was an added bonus.

Es un lugar súper recomendable, es muy bonita la zona comun, la piscina está genial para refrescarse y a pie de habitación.
El cuarto limpio, suficientemente amplio y el aire acondicionado funciona super bien.
En los alrededores hay tiendas, restaurantes y la playa! También y muy importante super cerca del puerto (5 min andando)
El desayuno te lo hacen al momento, probad las crepes tanto de mango como de banana, espectacular!
Sin embargo su personal es lo mejor del establecimiento tanto la chica de recepción que respondió a todas nuestras preguntas y nos ayudó a contratar un tour y alquilar equipo de snorquel, como las chicas de la cafetería y limpieza.
100% recomendable.

El hotel en general estaba muy bien teniendo en cuenta el tipo de alojamientos que puedes encontrar en Siargao por ese precio. Estaba limpio y contaba con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable.

Perfect location, in a side street of the main street. Quiet at night, close enough to walk anywhere you like to. Friendly host! Clean room with aircon. Nice seating outside, lot of space :) Thanks!

It was nice and clean with a good AC unit ... it was kind of in middle of the town but off to the side so it was nice a quiet ,, If i ever go back there i would stay there ,,,

Very clean, nice location, comfortable bed.
I would have given this place a 10 however for most of our stay we didn’t have any running water. The owners were very apologetic but we were unable to flush toilet etc.

Everything was amazing! The host was super friendly and polite and was super helpful! He asked when we wanted our rooms cleaning, alongside making the effort for general chit chat! The rooms was lovely and spacious with a refill water station! Beds were really comfy too :) overal lovely stay that we had! Ps, we’ve named the 3 stray dogs Wolf, Doug and Mable! You’ll know exactly who’s who :)

The location was great, right in heart of general Luna. The property had hot water which was lap good even though water pressure was fairly low. Good sized room too.
No WiFi at the property is an issue. Also it was soo noisy! every morning at 5am the church plays a loud song for an hour! farm animals also make a lot of noise. biggest issue however was they didn’t clean the room even once during the 9 day stay and constant evil looks from the older male members of the hotel. wouldn’t reply to good mornings or waves of hello, pretty rude!

good size room, free hot and cold water on the room, amazingly friendly owner, small restaurant on site with good food and scooter rental can be arranged.
the rooms have a kitchen, but without any utensisls, so its kind of useless.
the island has bad water pressure, so also here.
its realy a homestay, so dont expect to meet fellow travelers.
with a nice hang out or chill area, at least, as per western standards it would be so . the family hangs around all day in their restauant on plastic chairs. fine for a lunch, but not a place to relax.

We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely stay here again. The location is just right, peaceful and accessible by car or motorcycle. The owners are friendly, staff is approachable, and always happy to solve our concerns. Plenty of outlets in the room. They also have hot shower (great after a long day) and hot/cold water inside the room.

Location close to the center of General Luna. Owner very friendly and helpful. And a rooster lover for sure!
Bedmatrass thin and soft....there is a kitchen, but empty....no fridge, rice cooker, nothing, so you can't cook. And ofcourse day and night roosters. Noise of people and sometimes music very early. Curtains are thin, so 5 am its light in the room and i can't sleep anymore....

Great location close to the bars and restaurants. Room was clean, bedding was clean. Good price.
Next to the room there is a water pomp that makes the sound of a dying cat. Continuously, every night.
Without the sound of the water pomp, everything would have been much better.

Ok, so you’re not on the beach but it’s close enough and you are living amongst Philippine families.......and that’s where you want to be! Apartments are secure and comfortable, owners are very cool and just outside the gate is the community.

Location was great! Just across The Pleasure Point Cafe for breakfast and 5 minutes away from Kermit for happy hour. Loved the no-nonsense, easy check-in and check-out process. The room was equipped with the basic cutlery set and water dispenser. The staff was very helpful in finding us alternate transportation options. Overall stay was great!
