Great space , loved the laundry room and equipment

the matrasses were very uncomfortable in Apot 915, this kind of single beds and children matrasses can't be tolerated, clients can't fetmout of the place with back problems, 2 loos but only 1 wash lavabo, there is enough space to install one in this vast shower room no side table on the right side in main bedroom, this is a NO Go Impossible to watch any TV there, only finnish, swedish, 1 english maybe....At least give the clients the possiblitly to watch their Netflix, Youtube with their subscription, no access to HDMI if you have your Amazon Fire Stick but we saw that the tV had HDMI\ When you have outdoors activities whole day long so you want to relax indoors in the evening

Ein Appartement mit Kindern zu buchen ist ideal. So konnten abends auch gespielt werden. In der Küche mangelte es an nix. Das Badezimmer war etwas klein aber ausreichend

Es gab nur in dem Hauptschlafzimmer Schränke. Wenn man nicht in Familie sondern 2 Paare das Appartement mieten, ist das schlecht. Auch schläft einer im Wohnzimmer und einer hat ein kleines Zimmer mit Bett. Also nur für Familie mit Kindern zu empfehlen

The property was amazing the apartment looked into the snow forest, the apartment was very clean and all brand new equipment. The apartment was lovely and warm.

Ok place as a base to explore, not a whole lot to offer in amenities, location or convenience.

Apartamento super limpio, camas muy comodas y sauna que va perfecta para despues de pasar el dia con el frio. Instalaciones con spa y parque de bolas para niños, mucho espacio por fuera del apartamento para jugar en la nieve y trineos para que los niños juegen. Esta a las afueras de Rovaniemi pero nosotros cogimos taxi para todo y bien

La unica pega es pocos utensilios en la cocina, no habia ningun trapo ni servilletas pero si habia labavajillas y pastillas para poner.

Great apartment, looking new and very well equipped in a sports complex that has everything to keep the whole family busy on a cold day. Nice check-in and check-out experience and I would definitively recommend it for any family going to Rovaniemi.

It is not at the city centre but, to be honest, it is not an issue considering that the sports complex and nearby trails provide more attractions than the downtown.

Check in / check out service. Not really connected to apartment therefore cumbersome, inefficient and inaccurate.

Good location, the rooms are clean, very spacious - comfortable for 3 of us. The laundry facility is free ☺️ there is free parking too. The food at the cafe is good and the staff is very friendly.

No separation between the shower and toilet. The whole bathroom floor is wet after a shower.

Very clean and close to shops. Lots of activities for everyone and close to Santa’s village

Restaurant and buffet were basic

The location is easy to be reached by car, the facilities are well-equipped. The environment is cozy

Breakfast was delicious with local products, prepared by students. Wonderful coffee, oat milk, Staff was very friendly and cooperative. Everything was very clean.

They could better mark the way to the restaurant.

Great location for families with active kids - there are many sport activities on the site. Great breakfast. Nearby supermarkets and can easily reach the town by car. A car is recommended for this location as I don't think there is any public transport although taxis are easy to c all. It is about 15 mins drive to Santa Claus village.

the garbage in the apartment was not clean when we arrived, so a smell of garlic was in the entire space. but the reception promptly solved the problem and apologize us

The location and apartment was very good enough for a big family.loved the place had supermarket and pharmacy near by.

I complained that my apartment heater was not working but when I complained they said today is Saturday so ppl are off,it’s was so cold I stayed with kids.we all wore jacket and spent our day.customer service was not good and the vessel was not clean enough they have to check all rooms Ans kitchen before another ppl check in.

location very good. close to town but also close to trails and walks. We were self catering. kitchen facilities very good. supermarket nearby.

Facilities are amazing, especialy when you are travelling with kids.
