Family had a great stay. Enjoyed the location, convenient to beach and restaurants Great view.

The property was good. A few minor issues. Found dirty utensils in drawers and inside the refrigerator kept getting water on the shelf. Exhaust fan in master bath didn’t work.

The property was accurately depicted in the pictures. Very comfortable with a feel good atmosphere. The views of the ocean, pool and hot tub from the deck were amazing. The grounds were meticulously landscaped. The beach was just beautiful. We saw dophins every day we were there. The Diamond Beach Club, located on the short walk to the beach was terrific. Their food is top notch. It is so convenient to eat there. We are from CT and have some of the best pizza and I have to say the pizza at the Club was top notch. They have live bands and there was a solo guitarist one day. Very enjoyable. The kids loved it and were dancing and just having a great time. The location of this property couldn't be more perfect. On the ocean and next to the nature preserve. Minutes from the Boardwalk and Cape May. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, a mini grocery store, coffee shops, ice cream and miniature golf. We had an awesome time and plan to return next year. The owner and property manager were a pleasure to work with. Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with us.

We stayed here for a week with our two young girls, and we had a great time! The area where the property is located is so nice, quiet and beautiful, and it was just a short drive to Cape May, also. The beach is literally right there, the building is the first off the beach, which was perfect for our girls being so little. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beach condo. The location really couldn't be beat. It had a nice pool and just steps from the beach. The owner was very responsive. The place could use with some updating of the kitchen cabinets and the bathroom as mentioned in some of the other reviews but all in all it was a really nice condo. Great balcony with views to the nature preserve. We were only a little disappointed that the hot tub wasn't set up but that could be because we were there before memorial day. I highly recommend this condo.

it was an OK place but it needs some work 1) broken tiles in bathroom 2) Kitchen cabinets are in need of repair 3) some light switches apparently did not control anything 4) Paint needs updated It just looks as if the place has been neglected. Don't get me wrong, it was a fairly nice place but with a little love it could be a great place

This was our second year staying here. We enjoyed it just as much this year as last, and plan on booking it again next year. Nice new king size bed in the master was great. We enjoyed the spectacular views and peace and quiet away from the crowded areas in Wildwood. A real delight!

Location was great the condo was in a great location and very comfortable! It could use an update in the bathrooms. It was a great place to relax and stay. Great view and a nice pool! I would recommend this condo to friends. Also the owner is very nice! He responded quickly to any questions that I had and was very accommodating!

Our stay here was wonderful. We came for a 4 day stay with my family and our best friends and their daughter. One note to take into consideration if you have small children, is at the entrance of the condo and the exit to the balcony, as well as in the master bedroom, there is a step up/down. So infants/toddlers should be watched closely. There were two areas of the condo that weren’t properly cleaned, but it was communicated to the owner and I think is more to blame on the previous tenants. Overall it was a wonderful family vacation for two young families. Quiet and very close beach access. And the pool is a welcome plus. Plus it was a perfect distance to do activities in both wildwood and cape may. 100% would rent here again. Also having an elevator was a wonderful perk!

My husband and I had a nice stay at Richard's condo in April. The residence is nicer than in the photos. It was spacious and had comfortable furniture with plenty of seating around a large dining table. The views were spectacular with quality outdoor furniture to take it all in while you relax on the balcony. Check-in was simple. Our only request was that the master bedroom have light blocking or heavier curtains or blinds. My picky husband was impressed with the location and accommodations. We will be back next April to enjoy it again!

Was looking for a weekend beach getaway for a few of us and found this perfect location. Condo was good size for multiple people and had everything we needed. Shower in master bath was broken which was inconvenient but owner made up for it with some money refunded. Overall good experience. Would stay there again

My wife and I stayed here for a week. Great view , very quiet place. It wasn't busy at all, which is why we always travel off season. We have always tried to avoid crowds long before covid. We had a very relaxing week.

The location cannot be beat. Beautiful views of the ocean, pool, and wildlife preserve. However the condo itself needs some serious love. Cabinets in kitchen that don’t close, stains on bedroom carpets, poor mattress in the queen room and very outdated bathrooms. With some updates this place would be stellar!!! Also condo mgt needs to provide bell carts and not metal shopping carts for checking in with bags!! Silliest thing I’ve seen and I’ve rented a lot. Overall a good experience but not as it could have been.

Nicely locate, close to both Ocean Avenue and the beach. The condo has everything that is needed for a beach vacation including beach chairs and canopy. Even though we visited the first week in August, the pool was never crowded. The condo is spacious and well furnished. We ate on the beautiful deck several times. Just a perfect week.

Condo was very spacious and location was awesome!! Property was quiet which was nice especially at night with kids! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend your property to others looking to stay in the area!

Great vacation!

Love the location & all the outdoor amenities. Rich was super responsive & helpful as well. A few things could be updated on the interior , but overall everything was in working order & in good shape . We look forward to coming back to Diamond Beach next year !

Our stay was great. The location was perfect and quiet. Loved the access to the beach and how close to Cape May we were. The condo is very large and spacious. Would recommend a more thorough cleaning as there were some areas that needed to be wiped down. The condo could use some upgrades but for a short stay it was perfect.

The property was GREAT! The rooms were a good size. We loved the big balcony, In fact we ate our dinner out there. The fireplace was just what we needed for the cold weather. So cozyWe will be back !
