The house was very quaint. The layout a little odd, having others stay on the pullout in the living room , as the only bathroom is off the living room. It was spacious enough and worked for the amount of time we were there. The Own was great, she answered all our questions. We had no issues at check in or chsck out.

Andreas and his family are super nice. We had enough bed and space for 4 adult-sized people. Current furniture arrangements required one of our adult children to be in the master bedroom with us. Bathroom is super clean and nice. Kitchen quite nicely appointed. No laundry, if that is important to you. Loved the table and sitting area on the front patio, loved the flower archway to the place. If you are relying on public transportation, you are a short walk to the bus and a short ride to the U-Bahn. On Sunday, however, bus service seemed unavailable in the afternoon, or quite spaced out because per the public transportation schedule app, we needed to walk the ca. mile back to the house from the U-Bahn after a day sightseeing. We did have a rental car and there is ample parking. I did like the location for our purposes: close enough to city to take public transportation to the center while being outside (and south) enough for convenient access to southbound autobahn for day trips to paragliding, Berchtesgaden, Salzburg, etc. Traffic through the city does get pretty packed and slow, especially at peak times. We were about 40 min from the airport, and didn’t have a problem getting there before rush hour with our rental. Sometimes communication response lagged, but always friendly, always helpful, and everything always worked out. So glad we found this secluded gem. A nice more local (but becoming more known) Biergarten was a 5-10 min drive through the residential area, and included live music. The Waldwirtschaft (“WaWi” per locals, and remember the German “w” is an English “v” sound) All in all, wonderful, will be glad to stay again.

A very nice and clean cottage In a quiet residential community. Not super close to downtown but not too far either

We had a great stay here. The owner was very helpful with transport from the airport and to city center. Transportation from this rental to downtown was very easy. Beautiful place.

Owner is friendly and speaks English. Exactly as advertised. Great neighborhood close to public transit. I would highly recommend it. Very pleasant.

A beautiful cottage behind the owner house. The property was big enough for the both of us. Bed room is very big, bright and spacious. Bed is very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets are full of extra supplies if needed. Kitchen has adequate cookware. Lots of dinnerware and silverware. The bathroom is spacious and quite clean. Bright and comfortable house. Internet speed is very good. It is about 5 min walk to the bus stop and about 30 min bus ride with subway transfer to Marienplatz. There is a very good and inexpensive supermarket about 5 min walk from the apartment, we got all of our groceries from there. Andreas and his family are very hospitable. They are very helpful and respond to our questions fast. The apartment is very quiet with lots of plants and greens around it.

This very comfortable cottage was everything and more then Andreas, our host, described on his listing on the VRBO web site. A very well equipped kitchen, a great location with good access to public transportation, and a host who was very helpful with tips on where to eat and local points of interest.
