The bottom bathroom was a bit stuffy. Maybe consider one of those self releasing air freshener closest to entrance.

Stunning view. Easy check-in and out process. Great location and we made use of the bikes available (2 working). Lovely gas braai out on the deck.

A few of the things were not properly cleaned (dirty coffee pods still in the machine, mouldy coffee filter, dirty water in the ice-maker). Dishwasher was out of order. The one bicycle had flat tyres and the pump was not working.

Beautiful home with awesome views. Ample parking and comfortable beds.

Confusion on arrival with check in but it was sorted very quickly and efficiently.

The cleanliness was unacceptable. The bedding and floor mats not comfy and fresh. Kitchen cupboards need to be sorted in order to make space to put groceries.

Nothing that I could think of

It’s close to the water and we could use the canoes which was great for a sunny afternoon. The property is easily accessible and close to a Spar which is convenient to get small groceries. We enjoyed the view and braaing on the patio

The accommodation was nice and very clean. Peter, who checked us in, was very thorough and helpful in a way that made us feel safe and secured.

I can't think of anything negative.

The views were amazing, the unit was clean and stunning inside. The ease of access to the lagoon and walkway were fantastic.

There was nothing not to like. It is mainly personal preferences that I can comment such as no shower in main en suite.

Awesome view, lock up and go, everything is neat, great braai facilities, direct access to path along the river, great for walks and cycles. Check in and check was easy and well organised.

Didn’t realize before the time that the bedrooms are 2 stories apart (bottom 2 bedrooms are on level 1 and master bedroom is on level 3). We had our toddler with so he slept in our room.

A very well equipped and beautifully furnished apartment located in the Tides end complex next to the Knysna lagoon. Check in was smooth with the agent meeting us at the gate and showing us the facilities. The views from the Patio and upstairs main bedroom to the lagoon are worth the trip alone. The kitchen is superbly equipped and a gas and weber style barbeque is available on the patio. Access to the lagoon is through a gate a few steps from the property. Bikes, canoes and Kayaks are available to use free of charge,

The setup of the rooms and bathroom. The living area. The balcony at each level and awesome views. The safety of the area. The kindness and welcome from the staff. The cleanliness of the place. The availability of wifi. The thought on having gadgets to use while there.(phone charger) games to play and availability of bikes to ride for everyone. It was an amazing place and can't wait to book it again.
