Place was very clean and the owner was nice and responsive. The location is the best part about the condo as it is within walking distance to the downtown area with restaurants. And the A/Cs in the unit were appreciated for a warm summer weekend.

It needs more air conditioning in the summer heat but that seems to be everywhere in Maine. The beds are comfortable. Overall good.

Was not what I anticipated. No railing up the stairs. Not enough cooking utensils. Place needs a lot of finish work.

North Woodstock is a lovely quaint NE town. Very close to White Mtns, lots of great hiking. A fun place to be.

My friend and I hiked the Franconia Ridge Loop and this was a great place to stay! It was super convenient/short ride to the trailhead, close to town, and just a comfortable place to unwind after the hike.
The only suggestion would be for more check out instructions. We weren’t sure what to do with the linens/towels.

Property was nice neat and clean. Kitchen had essential things we needed. Very conveniently located to nearby businesses and closer to loon mountain and Kangamagus scenic highway. Owner was responsive and prompt in answering queries. My wife expected hair dryer. I would give 5 star to this property. Will recommend this to other people.

Stayed a weekend with friends for a weddeing. The space was well-maintained, included what was listed, and was more spacious than it looks in photos! The owner was easy to reach, helpful, and thoughtful in his communication. We had a great experience!

Fall Family Trip
We stayed for two nights and we had a nice time. The location is great and the access to trails and scenic sites is perfect. We had plenty of room to spread out after our car ride and feb house was very clean and what we were expecting.

Excellent White Mountain Location
The property was very clean and in a great location for access to all area attractions. Owner communicated clearly and promptly at all steps in the booking process. Check in and check out was a breeze.

Great home base for hiking
This was a great pick! It was really easy communicating with owner and the location was perfect for hiking - several choices within a 30 minute drive. We were able to walk to the lovely village downtown for shopping, restaurants and live outdoor music! The townhouse was clean and had everything you need. Pet friendly too!

Perfect ski weekend
Nice jumping off point for going to the mountain. Loon is 10 min away, you can walk to Woodstock Inn and Brewery.

It's dated and in real need of updating.
I will say it was clean and very conveniently located. Some downsides. The dryer was not working, which in the winter and taking advantage of the winter sports can be a little inconvenient. The cookware in the kitchen is in desperate need of updating - silicone pans that are peeling, and lack of adequate equipment. Another disappointment was the unavailability of the fireplace - a big sign on it stating not to use. The furniture in the living room is VERY dated and worn. Refresh the paint on the walls and some updates, and this could be a great place!

Clean and easy access to the mountain
This place was easy access to Loon Mountain.
It was clean and snow removal was prompt. It needs some updating so if you are looking for luxury this is not the place for you. If you want a nice place to crash after a long day of skiing or boarding with access to kitchen and washer/dryer this is fine.
The owners didn't get back to us on an inquiry we had until an hour before check out. It was a minor inquiry and nothing urgent. We didn't feel it necessary to call them but rather email which may be while there was a delay in reply. I would suggest if you need something to call them rather than written communication.
All in all it was efficient and met our needs.

The condo was perfect for what we needed. It may be a little outdated but it is still very cozy. Its in walking distance to the town country stores and Woodstock Brewery Inn not to mention plenty of room for the family.

Enjoyed the condo, send the children upstairs to enjoy the bunk beds. AC was not central air. Therefore did not cool the master bedroom or the room with the bunk beds. Condo needs electricity updated, unsafe. Decor is from the 80's and 90. Liked the washer and dryer, very convenient.

Great Stay
We had a great stay at this condo in early August 2011. The owner's were very professional and everything was handled in an efficient business like manner.
The unit was well furnished, spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped as we cooked in most of the time.
I would recommend this condo to anyone staying in the Lincoln/North Woodstock area.

Excellent choice
We had an excellent stay over a long weekend at this condo. The owners were professional and responsive, the place was very clean and spacious when we arrived, and it had everything we needed. It was hard to beat the price, too.
The condo was quite close to some of the nicer trails in the Franconia Notch region, and was nice to come home to after 7 chilly hours on the trail!
