location, space, beds were comfortable

Wasn’t very clean (last guests’ rubbish under our bed, glass and mug marks on most surfaces, moldy plug hole).

There was parking for one car at the rear of the vehicle, sometimes we could squeeze the second car in but more often it was parked on the road at the front. There is a cost to this, more in peak season. The overnight cost was £2, which is reasonable and we were out most of the days. The apartment had a small selection of the basics, which was helpful; we could make a hot drink on arrival, there was a couple of dish washing tablets - all a very nice touch. The kitchen was well stocked with pretty much every utensil, pot of pan you would need. There was 8 of us and there was plenty of crockery and cutlery. The communal floor was lovely, the views from the front aspect/veranda amazing - although at this time of year it was enough to enjoy them from the warmth of the apartment. And it was warm, the heating was effective and the house kept the heat. The downstairs shower room was brilliant for coming straight in and washing. Each family liked their own rooms and there was space for us to be together or apart. The best bit of this apartment was location, location, location! listening to the sound of the sea as you went to sleep.

There is very little that could be improved with the apartment. such a minor thing was one of the lamps needed a new light bulb. An extra parking space would be a bonus, but not easy to do given the location. perhaps an extra double bed in one of the room, but this would suit our party, and maybe not others. I'm clutching at straws here because overall the apartment was brilliant, suited our needs and we would definitely rent here again.

The location was awesome, but parking was limited. The only comment is on 1 parking space. Other than that was perfect

An absolutely stunning property with fantastic views! Was sad to leave! Definitely be back!

Some curtains in the living room and kitchen would be nice

- Excellent location opposite Ventnor beach. - Fully equipped kitchen. - Amazing view of the sea from the lounge area. - Warm and well heated house. - Conveniently located for coastal walks though some paths were closed due to landslides.

- The automated email to provide the key code to access the key wasn't received and I had to chase the management company several times before receiving an email the morning of our arrival. - A few more champagne glasses as there were only 3. - The downstairs bathroom was walk-in shower which meant that water was splashing around the bathroom area. - Recycling bin was not available.

Great view, great location. It’s very spacious.

It’s not perfect, but nothing really to complain about.

Little niggles really......nothing that major though.

The location overlooking the sea was perfect, the beds were comfortable and the property large so you did not fall over each other , a family could stay here and all have their own space without feeling cramped and under each others feet. it was great having 2 bathrooms and 2 balconys. The kitchen was well equiped . I liked having an utility room downstairs so you can wash beachwear and towels without dragging them upstairs or having to listen to the washing machine which would have been annoying had it been in the kitchen area. It was great having a parking space behind the house. The local people in the shops were friendly and helpful and there were some interesting shops to buy gifts, i could see some regeneration going on with some buildings and shops getting a makeover or an update. I think this is a lovely house and place to stay while on the island, i would recommend this place to stay.

The sofas are needing an update, they were showing wear and tear and were not comfortable, The bathroom paintwork upstairs on the skirting boards and near the shower was tatty and the house smelt damp but that was probably because the season had just started , the double bed upstairs was comfortable but did not have a mattress protector or pillow protectors on. to be fair the good far outweighed the niggles.( please put some unblock down the plugholes in the upstairs bathroom as the water was very slow to run away, i could see it was hair and gunk so know it was not a plumbing problem) . Dont let these small niggles put you off as i said before it is a nice place to stay and the good far outweighs the niggles
