We came to SB for a club sport our son plays, so we need to be near the polo grounds. This home was just minutes away and also close to downtown SB. We were able to fit in a couple of beach walks just a block or two from the house, and a dinner at Brophy Bros. Wish we could have stayed longer! The home itself is comfortable and clean. Great location!

We had a wonderful stay. Very comfortable and clean place with a short walk from the beach. Beautiful quite neighborhood.

This is a nice set up. It is near the freeway and the beach. I walked to Butterfly Beach and back on the sand every day. We used the BBQ a couple times. Place was clean and had very easy check in and responsive care takers when I had a question about the fancy stove.

Excellent rental and property manager. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time at this cottage celebrating 39 years of marriage. We were in walking distance to the Rosewood Miramar, which we ate at each evening. Such a special experience.

This property was satisfactory. It is well located. It has the essentials.

We spent Christmas here with our 2 grown boys .The property is so cosy and comfortable! The check in process was easy and communication with the property Co was great! It rained a lot but the sun room was the perfect place to hang out, bright and cheery! The kitchen was well stocked, the beds pretty comfortable and honestly, we wouldn't have changed a thing! The yard and deck are tranquil and inviting. Easy access to everything-grocery, shopping and freeway. Just a small note, the beach within walking distance is really only for viewing. The high tide made it unwalkable, but there is a gorgeous beach very close by that you can walk to and enjoy, maybe a 10 minute walk. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely location, quiet, short walk to lovely Miramar beach and Rosewood resort. We enjoyed the house and was perfect for a relaxing weekend away.

I was pleasantly surprised to rent a beautiful cottage in a great neighborhood. It was within walking distance of the beach, major restaurants, shopping. Safe and friendly neighborhood. We all slept soundly in our beds. We only made breakfast in the kitchen, otherwise we ate out. If you are planning on cooking a lot you may want to bring some of your favorite pots and pans, utensils, coffee mugs, coffee, glasses, sponges, towels, knives (if it is allowable). The kitchen has a first class range and oven. The kitchen is stocked but if you plan on cooking major meals it would be nicer to have more and better. Like there are hardly any coffee mugs and the ones there are eclectic and mainly small mugs. My preference is for uniform and bigger mugs with a nice ledge for my thumb. No big deal, just my preference. The pans were not Pampered Chef like I like (again, just a preference). The dishwasher works great but is puny. They did have ground coffee for one pot, (thank you-that was awesome to have some on hand), some K cups and a variety of tea and sweeteners, which we loved. But, if you drink a lot of coffee or tea, bring your own. Vons market and CVS is close by. Quiet lovely neighborhood. Their yard is cute and private. If we had more time it would have been lovely to spend time on their deck. Surprisingly this home has no driveway so parking is strictly on the street. We drove in one car so it was easy to park in the designated area next to the house. Never quite figured out how to set the right water temperature or pressure in the shower. Small compact bathroom so it was good we were considerate of each other and cleaned up each time we used the bathroom. The towels are really good quality bright white. Their stackable washer/dryer is efficient. The couch felt cozy. Fun to have a mud room to take shoes and coats off and have a place to sit; as it keeps the rest of the house clean. We were so busy we never turned on the TV. Wish we could have stayed longer. Even though there were things that could have been improved (which really aren't problems), I'm only complaining because it feels like in a review I am required to throw in some critiques. In the big picture, we loved our stay and felt like we were the luckiest people on earth to stay in this adorable home and hope to return one day.

We had a wedding at the Mira mar hotel. This was a great place to stay if you can’t afford the hotel. Great location!!! Beautiful beach. Would stay there again.

Cute cottage. Lush neighborhood and great beach areas. The only drawback is the highway noise that seems to carry all over the west side of Montecito.

Though close to Hwy 101 we noticed no auto noise. Easy charming walk to Miramar beach. We drove to Montecito main drag for lunch and dinner, but it is a doable walk during the day; too dark at night. Unless we missed it, description doesn’t mention fireplace is unusable. Too bad bc it woulda to the coziness of this charming 1920s cottage. 10:00 checkout seemed early, nonetheless, we’ll be back!

The property was very nice and clean. We had some issues with the property manager who happened to be the owner. I was disappointed that there wasn't any type of a plastic wrap or foil in the kitchen.

Wonderful home, perfect size for a small family, great outdoor and indoor entertaining space and perfect beach access just down the road.

Hi,We enjoyed our stay very much. We were cold the first night, so asked for two blankets, which Jennifer brought over very nicely.The sofa and pillows were super comfy. We loved the dining area and all the light! The towels were great. The stove is a treasure and works very well! My son was going to play the piano, but we had so much fun doing other things, we'll have to do that next time! Thank you for the paper towels too!So, a couple of things. 1) When opened, the kitchen cupboards, especially where the plates and glasses are located smell very bad. I'm not sure what it is. Mold?2) There was a small brown spot on the duvet cover on the twin bed. We washed it because we wanted to snuggle with it on the couch, but the spot didn't come out.3) The heater is so noisy (blower) that it makes it difficult to hear the TV and wakes you up at night when it comes on. So, we turned it off. (That's why we needed blankets.)Nothing is perfect. This house is close!! Thank you again for allowing us to visit.Sandy

Easy to rent. Needs some updates like garbage disposal and doors that don’t lock or bedroom doors that have keys.

We had a much needed girls weekend in this beautiful home. The garden room was perfect for playing games or reading, we were appreciative of the two king size beds, and proximity to the quiet beach was all I plan to come back again! Thank you

Our family had a wonderful time during our stay. The neighborhood was perfect and walkable to the beach and the Miramar resort. The home was cozy, warm and welcoming with a wonderful outdoor space for the kiddos to play. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect vacation cottage near the beach in Santa Barbara.

Everything worked newly renovated property. Not a lot of dining options in walking distance. But home had everything u need to cook some great meals.

This is a lovely little property with the BEST location just minutes of a sweet walk from the beach. We enjoyed everything about our stay. The property manager was helpful and easy to get ahold of. We love the charm of this 1920s cottage! So unique and full of light, but very private.
