The Inn at Dauphin Island 405 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom beautiful condominium located on Dauphin Island, Alabama. It has all the Southern charm without the crowds allowing you to have a laid back beach vacation. The condo was beautifully decorated, stocked with everything you could possibly need, and had beautiful views from the balcony, family area and master bedroom. While this was our first time visiting the island it definitely won’t be our last! Our favorite spot to grab a bite was the Carriage Wine and Market. Their staff were super friendly and the food was superb! Their small bite menu was locally sourced, fresh and their location provided great beach views....what more could you ask for???!!!

405 was an excellent condo. We had everything we needed. The view was perfect. Condo was very clean and decorated beautifully. The book you have put together with all the resturants and things to do was very helpful.

The condo was perfect for my family and the heated pool was so nice with the cooler weather!
Had a slight issue with the bathroom door and the on-site maintenance fixed it before we even came up from the pool!
Incredibly clean and the beds were super comfy as well which is a huge thing for my family!

Nicely decorated, plenty of dishes, glassware, silverware, pots/pans, towels& bedding. Nice size balcony & seating. Big tv screens . I would suggest new carpeting in the bedrooms, looks like the original still. I would add a Keurig coffee maker. Not crazy for the long boardwalk to get to the sand& Gulf. The Sea Lab definitely worth going to. Buy groceries before you get there. Great Location . Did not find any sea shells, big disappointment for me.

The condo was perfect for my family of 4, and it matched the description and pictures perfectly. The beach was beautiful and only a short walk to get there. We would definitely stay again in the future.

We chose this specific unit based on location, price, balcony size and view, interior decor, and the set up of the 2nd bedroom to accommodate our 3 children. It was absolutely perfect for us and I didnt want to leave. I would and have already recommended this condo and Dauphin Island to friends and family!

Our rental in 404 was nice. Kitchen was fully equipped. The freezer was missing a shelf and the ice maker did not work. Master bath- bath mats need to be replaced. White towels would be nice and would feel cleaner. Master bed- did not use the comforter. Not sure the last time it was cleaned. Living room furniture was great! Overall good stay!

The condo was spacious and clean upon arrival. The one small thing we needed engage management/maintenance on (the dryer wasn't spinning during a cycle) was handled quickly and without any inconvenience to us. They should really advertise how large the master shower is, even with a shower curtain it was very spacious which I appreciate.I would suggest bringing your own toilet paper and trash bags as they will not supply extras beyond what is there upon check in and the toilet paper that is provided is pretty low quality.

Me, my partner and some friends stayed here for the later half of a week for a wedding in the area. It was very pleasant and relaxing. Everything from the room tonthe beach. We will definitely come back.

Quick trip with kids to watch birds and explore the island. Our unit was very pleasant, clean and well equipped. Pools were great. Centrally located. Staff was great and very understanding when we had to check out late because of my error. Beautiful view of the beach but a long walk.

The unit was dusty and musty upon arrival. And patio had garbage from previous use. We sprayed Lysol continuously. 3 wash clothes in unit, so we washed towels daily. This helped there smell. We have stayed at The Inn for years usually a different unit. We will have to rethink and maybe choose another beach. Was not easy to relax with the constant smell. We did not communicate with property mgr, with cleaning fees it should have been done.

The island is beautiful and family friendly. The location of the condo is good and makes it easy to access beach, though I wish beach a bit cleaner (less muddy waters). The condo is totally dated and cluttered with stuff making it difficult to use. It can totally use renovation and space optimization. We felt like it was too expensive for the quality of the condo unit. The pools were good and clean.

We had a wonderful time and found the condo to be very comfortable. The balcony view of the gulf was incredible. The bed was very comfortable and the staff at the lobby office were very friendly and helpful! We also enjoyed the pool and the convenience of the location for this condo. Highly recommend!

My family and I had a wonderful stay here! It was absolutely beautiful! A true hidden gem away from all the busyness and touristy places we might be accustomed to visiting. We would love to come again. The room was everything as advertised. The check in process was super easy. Nice pools and easy access to the beach made our stay much more enjoyable, and the community there is so lovely. Don't pass this up!

Great after hour check in set up, condo was perfect with everything we needed. On the beach with a great boardwalk to access beach. Two wonderful pools!! Access gate to parking lot made us feel very safe.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here! It was absolutely beautiful! A true hidden gem away from all the busyness and touristy places we might be accustomed to visiting. We would love to come again. The room was everything as advertised. The check in process was super easy. Nice pools and easy access to the beach made our stay much more enjoyable, and the community there is so lovely. Don't pass this up!

Not relaxing
The view was wonderful and the beach was nice, BUT...
The condo was right above the 1 heated pool. So for 12 hours + a day there were kids in the pool. We couldn't sit on the balcony to relax without hearing the screaming, yelling, crying and whining from the kids. It was so loud, the sound just carried right up to the 4th floor.
The kitchen was very well stocked!
I was not a fan of having to wash a load of laundry and have the dishwasher cleaned out before we left in the morning. We've stayed at A LOT of different properties and have never had to do that before. Especially when there is an additional cleaning charge added even bf check-in.

Absolutely loved this condo. The sunset and sunrise views are great. 4th floor and being up high for better views of the beach was perfect. The condo inside was perfect. Everything is in good condition and beautiful. They have the perfect patio furniture with the couch and chair setup. Please replace the also rusted out metal chair on the patio.

Everything was wonderful, from the location to the cleanliness of the unit. My only criticism would be lack of communication as far as the check-in process. We had to call once there to get the gate code and how to get condo key. Thank goodness the staff were still in office.
