We loved our stay in Dungarvan. The house was extremely well equipped and comfortable. Cathy was the perfect host. I got Covid there and she immediately came and brought some medicine and even checked on me every day. The house is in a great location. It was very clean. There was even a visitor cat sometimes. It was a very joyful experience on our lovely trip to Ireland. I will stay there again if I go to Dungarvan. It is also a lovely town with so many places to see very close by.

Such a fantastic location, around the corner from the center of Dungarvan. Host was full of advice and very accommodating. The house was very well equipped. Would recommend highly!

This house was very accurately described , it's spacious, very well equipped and clean. It's a very comfortable place to use as a base while in Dungarvan and is just a few minutes walk from the water and many shops and lovely cafes and pubs.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
I had several queries during the booking process and Colleen was always extremely prompt in getting back to me.
Highly recommend this house!

The property is well located for visiting Dungarvan and the vicinity surrounding. Really easy to go right downtown. It is listed as handicapped accessible and it is but, it is a bit difficult with a wheelchair. As experienced people using a wheelchair, we could make it work. For a person with minor disabilities, it is well suited. The kitchen, cleaning and other supplies are fantastic. Totally well stocked! Kathy stopped by to check on us and that was appreciated. Enjoyed staying there!

The VRBO listing said there were 2 king size beds. The beds were doubles. The house smelled musty when we entered. I also smelled cigarette smoke. Kathie was very friendly but didn't meet us at the property so we never got appliances explained to us. The bathroom showers had black mold in them. There were not enough bath towels provided for our 6 day stay. The washer was small. The dryer took forever to dry. We ended up using the Crest Laundry in Dungarvan. The location was within walking distance of everything but the front bedroom was facing main road so opening windows was not practical.

VRBO homes do not get much better than this one. The price was ideal, the location was walking distance to town, to restaurants, to grocery stores. The courtyard was a delight! The kitchen is fabulously equipped. Dunvargan itself is a excellent base for exploring the beaches, Lismore castle, Waterford etc. GRAB at his place if you can!

It was home from home. Spotless clean very comfortable and very well located. Host was very helpful great to deal with.

Bright and spacious property excellently located close to the town centre / pubs / restaurants.
Well presented and very clean.. there were even additional toiletries (toothbrushs/ makeup removal / toothpaste etc) provided which would make a huge difference if you had forgotten anything. Blackout blinds were great.. even if it took us 2 bright mornings before we realised they were there!
Would stay there again without hesitation

We were so impressed with our stay. It was perfectly located and convenient to the town center with a nice choice of restaurants nearby. The house was clean and comfortable. I totally recommend this rental.

Everyone we dealt with on this listing was lovely - Coleen, Kathy and even McGraths for key collection. The house is in a lovely location and Dungarvan is a fantastic town.
Very grateful for the late checkout, it added an extra day (a sunny one!) to our trip.

On arrival we observed an unassuming terraced bungalow close to the Garda barracks in Dungarvan. The house turned out to be much bigger than our first impressions led us to believe. The house is immaculately well attended and stocked with anything you may need in a home away from home.
Our hosts were attentive and forwarded excellent messages advising us of activities, dining and drinking options and local attractions.
The location of the house is superb with all the town has to offer within an easy walking distance.
We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to all.

We had a wonderful time in Dungarvan. This rental had everything we needed and the location was perfect. Check in and out was super easy. We can’t wait to come back!

The house was fantastic. Very well kitted out and in a fantastic location. Cathy was also very helpful. My husband, our 2 teenagers and I had a great week.

This property is so deceiving from the outside. It is a spacious 3 bed house in an excellent location. The owner was there to meet us on arrival and gave us an overview of the property. Absolutely everything you need is there. From hair dryer , towels etc down to tea , coffee , salt and pepper. The owner had very kindly left fresh milk , cheese and crackers so there was no rush to the shops. We had everything we needed. We had a great stay in Dungarven and we would highly recommend this property

Deceptively large house in a great location in Dungarvan. Within walking distance of shops,cafes and restaurants. Lovely courtyard at the back of the house -a bit of a sun trap.Kathy very welcoming - even left some basic supplies for us including a yummy apple tart. Our first staycation in years made very enjoyable.
