The location is very convenient. There is shopping mall downstairs and a Dozo coffee place which I loved it!

Everything! Staff were wonderful and really helpful providing help to arrange trips and information on taxis. Room was clean, AC worked amazingly well and although bathrooms were shared they were modern, clean and worked really well with shampoo and soap provided. Seating area was a great addition with free coffee, kitchen utensils provided as well as some games and TV with sofa to watch latest films/series. We loved it here so much we stayed again after our trip to Sandakan before heading on to Mulu. Also only a cheap Grab drive from the airport which only took 20 minutes.

The hostel is super clean and tidy, the staff helps you with everything you need.

The hostel is far away from the city centre, it is good only if you want to stay over for a night next to the bus station. It is hard to find, when we arrived the staff was gone for lunch during check-in time, we couldn't contact them as the wifi password quoted on the door was incorrect.
From the description on Booking it is not clear that you get a room without a window and with shared bathroom - normally these things are marked clearly so you can make your own choice

1. Very convenient location next to the mall.
2. The receptionist was very helpful in planning our trip in KK and Sabah.
3. Quiet hostel. We booked a family room so it was nice we shared the amenities with only one other room.
It was a bit difficult to find. Google maps takes you to the back of the hostel and there weren't any directions provided in the booking. i.e. enter from the pedestrian walkway. Go up the stairs next to the restaurant (I forget the name).
That would have been handy.

The facilities is comfortable & the place is strategic as its just next to imago. The staff is friendly too. Room is quite spacious too. Have all the necessities you need- hairdryer, iron etc. Price is really good too
just feels a little unsafe at night as need to walk a short distance from road to hostel & the route is dark.
Aircon is a bit dusty, my friend keep on sneezing.
