It was a really nice large studio apartment. Parking was close by and really easy to find, and the self checkin was very easy and well explained in their message ahead of arrival.

The bed sheets and pillows smelled of sweat and body odour, as though they had not been washed. We could not sleep well at all because of how gross an experience that was, and we were thankful we only had to spend one night. I would have given the apartment top ratings if it were not for this.

The location of the apartment is good for tourists who want to stay downtown.

No pillows in the apartment - what is provided does not count as pillows. Getting into the building is cumbersome : twice during the stay the buzzer at the entrance did not work. One time i had to wait 15 minutes for the host to open the door, the 2nd time, the cleaner just let me in. The TV did not work - there was audio from the TV set but no picture. I would look for another unit if i am in the Graz area again.

The apartments are in a good neighborhood with lots of cafes and restaurants. The instructions were very precise, we got into the flat quickly. The parking space is located nearby. The flat was very clean and cozy.

The apartment is located in the center, but in the street below the restaurant, so in the summer it is not possible to sleep all night with the window open. Until 3am, there was unbearable noise from the restaurant garden, and then at 5:30 a truck arrived, which began to unbearably throw boxes under the windows with incredible noise !!!. Since the apartment does not have air conditioning and is located in old building, there is very hot unbearably in the apartment, so there is only option to open the window. I definitely do not recommend this apartment in the summer if you want to sleep more than 2 hours at night.

We could’t find the apartments WiFi, for a longer stay it would have been catastrophic with two teenagers in the house🤭
