We liked the option of self check in and the phone call on the day of our arrival offering an earlier arrival time. We were also impressed with the restaurant providing a meal on our later arrival. The staff were all very friendly and accomadating.

The only thing was the darkness over the carparking where we arrived late and couldn't find our park easily. The dim lighting provided a wee challenge for us oldies.

Location

Swamp like water in front of unit looks unsightly. Faulty bath felt unstable, could only use shower and not the bath. Elderly would find it unsafe as difficult to enter/exit the shower as no holding rail.

Quiet. Good restaurant on site.

Shower was a step-over-side-of-bath type. It was too high for my wife to use and there was no guide rail to use. This is a significant lack of health and safety. Top of ragehood need cleaning. Dead cockroach found on floor under drapes.

It had everything we needed.

Loved it! Everything was close so that I walked to get groceries and takeaway. Unit was clean, patio is quite private, bed was comfy. Beach is a short walk and is absolutely beautiful and there is also a nice big pool for those days where the waves are a bit too crazy for swimming. Instructions to get in where concise and clear and the owner Carolyn is awesome at communicating with guests if you have any questions etc

it had everything we needed and was very comfortable with outdoor facility

there were no staff at all about, no reception but we were able to deal with that, key lock system, it was different

it was mostly clean and the host was very helpful.

The bath had a metal patch on it so was unable to use it. It felt like the bath was going to fall off the wall when showering.

The villa was clean and comfortable. It was located in a beautiful area close to beach and shopping center. We had our own Beautiful little private patio the looked over bushland and a lagoon. We had the most amazing weekend. We will definitely be back.thank you

Excellent location close to beach, very clean and comfortable. Easy parking. Close to shops and restraints.

Could not access pool until three pm on the day we were there, kids swimming classes were on and we were not told.

Location is fantastic. Walkalble 5-10min distance to the main Agnes Beach or the private access beach entry. Live music and good food at the locations restaurant the "Drift and Wood". Room facilities were good. Everything we needed to be self sufficient. The host was very helpful when we had to contact them.

The instructions to find the location and the room are vague. The site hotel reception was not helpful and we were unable to contact the host. Once we found the room we were unable to gain access to the room until we had the code to access the locked key. The host eventually called back and gave us instructions. The lack of instructions may be an issue due to booking.com. The room has an adjacent attached room that is only divided by a single door. Both nights the people in the room next door were very noisy at early hours on the morning. There is bit much sound suppression to block out their conversations.

All the necessities are there and a little more. A pleasant place to stay with plenty of room, and a great location. Thank you, Lisa, Justin, and family.
