Situated directly in between the pristine seaside towns of Agnes Water and Seventeen Seventy (1770), an idyllic location just 50 metres from Agnes Water Beach with easy access to the superb sites of the Discovery Coast and Lady Musgrave Island.

Close to the beach, spacious, well equipped for a longer stay

We felt a bit spoilt when we first entered our apartment - it was so much better than we expected. It was lovely, big, well equipped, plenty of room inside & out & we could walk straight out to the pool & and spa, which was great. The bed was really comfortable. The washing machine & dryer were very handy too. The walk to the beach is only about 50 metres, but it isn't patrolled. You need to drive to Agnes Waters or 1770 for safe swimming, but it's a great place to walk along the beach. I would definitely recommend Pavilions on 1770.
There's not much we didn't like. I guess the only thing was that we thought we could have been provided with a few more basics to get started. There wasn't a spare toilet roll & only 1 small bottle of each shampoo, conditioner & body wash & only a few tissues in the box. And usually there is a small milk in the fridge.

our room 106 has a ridiculous car park space no room to maneuver other than that can’t fault it we preferred to park in the street

Great location, huge and comfortable rooms, nice and helpful people at the reception, private parking... we would love to come back

Nice modern, spacious, well appointed apartment.
Complex was next to empty but we were placed on top of road works which was very disappointing.

The room and facilities were excellent
The garage was hopeless as it was too difficult to park my car in it, so I used other parks nearby that were allocated to other rooms that were vacant.
The WIFI did not work so I used my phone to hotspot other devices.

The 3 bedroom apartment was so spacious. It had everything you needed. The jet bath was pretty cool. The balcony was such a large extra space. The complex area was well kept and clean. The pool area was child friendly. Even down to having a kids push button for the jacuzzi. Just a quiet and relaxing place. So close
To a beach exit. Just fab and the couple who own it are lovely as :)
Out of all the three bedrooms the fans didn’t work. I didn’t actually complain as it’s July but come the hotter months would be a problem

Lovely apartment, beautifully appointed, large bathroom with spa. We had a great view over gardens and pool. Short walk to the beach and the pool was very clean and inviting. It was very quiet and restful. Car parking below was easy to reach and easy to find.
The only downside is the distance from shops, but with a car it is not a problem. The central position of half way between Agnes waters and 1770 worked out well for us , because we had our transport.

Location........our 3x bedroom apartment exceeded our expectations, we had lots of space inside and especially outside on our own private balcony including our very own bbq
maybe the lighting in the bedrooms could have been brighter, and one of the chopping boards in the kitchen was not clean when we went to use it.......Yuk !

Lovely and peaceful spot. Units were very well appointed and felt like home. Sooo close to the beach you can hear it. Great facilities
Can’t see the ocean, but you can’t change that! I still love to hear it!

Beds were far to hard. 4 of us all had sore ne ks and backs each morning.

Our family had a wonderful time staying here, beds were comfy awesome aircon. The wifi in the room was very poor but outside was good. Will definitely be staying here again and will be recommending to everyone also.
The only thing that really let it down was the oven and BBQ outside took forever to cook anything.
