Very close to the pool, and a nice boardwalk to the beach. Several places to eat within walking distance across the road.

The silverware drawer was nasty I would recommend bringing throw away plates and forks. The sheets were stained and not really sanitary looking. Some money needs to be spent on buying a few new things. I stayed at unit 112 at the same complex last month and it was so much nicer.

The stay overall was very good. Unfortunately our refrigerator started leaking. Also the TV box was blocked in the living room. The maintenance man moved the box from the bedroom to the living room but never brought one to put into the bedroom. The second bedroom had no TV. Staff was very responsive. The beach was amazing!!

I’ve used this management company 4 times - customer service and communication is top notch ! Condo 102 is just ok now (4th time in) . It’s definitely time for a deep clean on baseboard and floor corners, the curtains need washing - dirty on backside from foot traffic. Where the trash can sits the wall is coming apart from the lid usage - (just glue some wood floor planks on the wall to prevent more damage - these items are not a breaking point for me. Someone needs to convey to those owners that don’t rent how not to talk to guest - don’t ask if we are a family, don’t ask what unit we are staying in and most certainly don’t yell from the pool 2 condos down “no glass at the pool” as my guest were 3 steps out - we would have addressed this , but we weren’t fast enough - the embarrassment as everyone looked on. Not a good portrait for owners that rely on rental income. AGAIN - I will still continue to come .Plenty of bedding , kitchen utensils, tv programming -

We had a great weekend getaway at the Inn at Dauphin Island! It was wonderful being a quick walk to the beach and having 2 pools right outside our patio. The condo was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. It is centrally located to all that Dauphin Island has to offer!

Overall, it was a great experience! The unit was clean although the refrigerator smelled like fish and the freezer was rusted. The jetes on the whirlpool tub didn't work which was a bummer :(. Other than those items we really enjoyed staying at The Inn. We liked that we were able to walk right out to the pool area. The boardwalk to the beach was a cool experience. I would recommend a stay here to my friends and family.

My family of 5 couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. Granted it was off season, but we basically had the beach to ourselves and loved the ground floor condo opening to the pool. The mild complaints were the pool heater was broken the entirety of our stay and the kitchen needs attention. (No dish-clothes, poor pans, no sheet pans, my husband had to repair the ice maker, etc…)
Overall we plan to return!

We had a four generation family vacation. The ground floor condo was convenient for all ages, especially direct access to the pool and beach boardwalk. The latch on the gate was high enough that our intrepid 4 year old couldn't get to it. The living to room sliding door seemed like it needed some oil, it took a good bit of effort to open it. (Though not necessarily a bad thing for the previously mentioned 4 year old.). The condo was well furnished, clean, and the beds comfy. I might bring an extra blanket next time though. All in all it was an excellent place to stay.

Everything was great for the price we paid. Yes they could always upgrade the look of the interior but it gave us everything we needed for our family week stay. Unfortunately the handle on the sliding glass door did break off due to it being tough to open and shut but maybe it will be better for the next guest.

Our stay at The Inn at Dauphin Island was perfect. We walked on the beach every morning and looked for birds and in the afternoon we rode our bikes. The unit is very nice and clean and tastefully decorated. The View out our window was beautiful. Street view of the property is ok but the back of the building with the pools and beach is beautiful. We liked the locked the parking lot too. Older property but very well maintained.

Perfect family getaway
This property was perfect for our family. The first-floor access made getting to the beach a breeze (and, of course, the pool is just steps away). The condo’s kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for meals, which was helpful since restaurants in the island had long waits. We also liked the location of The Inn, walking distance to ice cream and several restaurants, souvenir shops and a park. We won’t hesitate to book this property again on future beach vacations!

Unfortunately, the sliding glass doors were both extremely difficult to open, with the living room slider missing a door handle which was also loose and coming off 2 years ago. I actually smashed my hand in the bedroom slider trying to open it. The kitchen is also missing some towels and pans which were previously there. Unit was clean and nice but I wouldn’t rent this until again until the doors are fixed or replaced.

We loved the pool. Everything was clean and the people were very welcoming. Our condo was spacious and accommodating. Cannot complain about a single thing!

Great time and great place!
We had a wonderful time at the property! Loved the bottom floor location and ease of access to the pool and beach. That was a huge deal for us since we have 2 young children and therefore a lot of stuff to trek to beach. Overall, we had a great time and really enjoyed the condo. It had everything the listing said it would.

Great Location!
Overall we were very happy with this condo! Even though we arrived after hours, check in was extremely easy. Loved that we could walk out the back patio door and the walkover to the beach was right there, along with the pools. Beach was beautiful! A few items need to be replaced (several towels had what appeared to be rust stains on them, bed skirt in king bedroom was torn on side). Also was disappointed that there weren’t any blankets on the beds or even in closets to use...git a little chilly at night with just a thin comforter on the beds. Condo was a great space for us though and we are already planning a return visit to the island!
