The house was perfect in every way! It was just the right size and well stocked. We spent most of our time in the pool and pool area! We will be back.

This property is a gem! It was very clean, beds were comfy, there was nothing wrong with anything! Oh and the pool was heavenly! Our son lives 2 miles from the property so we will happily return! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook. We love to golf at Augusta Ranch, so the location was perfect. It’s also very close to the 60 and 202. 10/10. We will be back!

Absolutely loved this Augusta Ranch accommodation. It was spotlessly clean, and everything worked exactly as expected. Everyone enjoyed the swimming pool , and grandpa really enjoyed the putting green.We are already planning to book again next year!

My visit had some travel delays/changes and Julie was great in accommodating and being responsive to all my questions. The house is great and in a nice neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect! It was cozy, the pool was great, there was a retractable canopy that was extra coverage for the patio & pool that was very cool. The hostess Julie was amazing. So nice and responsive. She went above and beyond!

Clean, beautiful and very accommodating home in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The house was perfect for a family vacation including a 4 year old and 18 month old. The accommodations and amenities where absolutely everything you could need to make our vacation feel like home away from home. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you again Julie and Greg for letting us stay in your lovely home!

Your home is very lovely and quaint and is exactly how you describe it. We wouldn't have this most exciting experience with our Godchildren had it not been for your consideration and generosity. Our married daughter/SIL live about a mile from here so the location was perfect. There were 4 adults and we were not there during the day to use the pool or amenities, but the sleeping space was perfect for us and the neighborhood was quiet. It would have been nice to use the beautiful backyard and do some cooking in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable--even the Murphy bed. Our college son said he slept great in that room. Everything is as described and great communication. Thanks again for letting us stay!

The house and communication with Julie was great! It was the perfect location for us to go back and forth to our venue. The heated pool was a great addition! Had enough essentials for our family and a little more.

We had a wonderful family Christmas trip and enjoyed the home very much. The pool was wonderful for our kids to swim in, in December! We are from the Midwest so swimming in December doesn’t happen haha. The host was very responsive and even had a Christmas tree we were able to put up to celebrate. It was just a fantastic trip and stay. 5/5 would recommend this home.

We had a wonderful family Christmas trip and enjoyed the home very much. The pool was wonderful for our kids to swim in, in December! We were in Mesa as a family for a memorial service and this location was perfect for us all to stay in. It was nice to have the option of us all staying at one location and having the pool and close to the airport was a bonus. This home is very well stocked for pots, pans, utensils etc which came in very handy! My boyfriend and I wanted a low-key weekend get away and this house was perfect! Communication was outstanding/very quick, the house was very clean and close to plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. Not to mention, close and quick drives into PHX and other areas. Thanks for the stay!
