We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook. We love to golf at Augusta Ranch, so the location was perfect. It’s also very close to the 60 and 202. 10/10. We will be back!

Absolutely loved this Augusta Ranch accommodation. It was spotlessly clean, and everything worked exactly as expected. Everyone enjoyed the swimming pool , and grandpa really enjoyed the putting green.We are already planning to book again next year!

This house was perfect! It was cozy, the pool was great, there was a retractable canopy that was extra coverage for the patio & pool that was very cool. The hostess Julie was amazing. So nice and responsive. She went above and beyond!

Clean, beautiful and very accommodating home in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The house was perfect for a family vacation including a 4 year old and 18 month old. The accommodations and amenities where absolutely everything you could need to make our vacation feel like home away from home. We would definitely stay here again! Our married daughter/SIL live about a mile from here so the location was perfect. There were 4 adults and we were not there during the day to use the pool or amenities, but the sleeping space was perfect for us and the neighborhood was quiet. It would have been nice to use the beautiful backyard and do some cooking in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable--even the Murphy bed. Our college son said he slept great in that room. Everything is as described and great communication. Thanks again for letting us stay!

Wonderful Home
We had a wonderful family Christmas trip and enjoyed the home very much. The pool was wonderful for our kids to swim in, in December! We are from the Midwest so swimming in December doesn’t happen haha. The host was very responsive and even had a Christmas tree we were able to put up to celebrate. It was just a fantastic trip and stay. 5/5 would recommend this home.

Great family house
We stayed here for a week and enjoyed every day and night! The house is a perfect size for a family of 5 and the pool and putting green kept our kids entertained all day! The house had everything we needed and then some. Highly recommend!

Cozy, Well Stocked, and Convenient
We were in Mesa as a family for a memorial service and this location was perfect for us all to stay in. It was nice to have the option of us all staying at one location and having the pool and close to the airport was a bonus. This home is very well stocked for pots, pans, utensils etc which came in very handy! The only thing we noticed that was a bit of a nuisance was that the room with the murphy bed (surprisingly comfortable!), since it is a bifold closet door, it doesn't have any handles on the inside which makes it challenging to close from inside. A small nuisance but otherwise this place was perfect!

Weekend Get Away
My boyfriend and I wanted a low-key weekend get away and this house was perfect! Communication was outstanding/very quick, the house was very clean and close to plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. Not to mention, close and quick drives into PHX and other areas. Thanks for the stay!

Love this house!!
After the horrible year we had last year, me and husband just wanted a place to relax and do nothing. This house gave us exactly what we was needing. It is a beautiful house with a very nice pool in a great location. We found it very easy to get around Mesa. Julie was amazing to work with. This house has everything you need. There was plenty of room, towels, linens and supplies. If you want to relax and just enjoy yourself this is the house for you. We are definitely going to stay here again. Don't change a thing Julie.

Cozy Home with Heated Pool
Just as advertised, a nicely appointed little home in a quiet neighborhood. The heated pool is small but plenty for the floating we had in mind, and the putting green was fun! No surprises, plenty of cooking staples to use if needed. We'll be back!

Delightful and super clean oasis!
We had an ideal vacation with our adult kids at this property. It was very clean, the washer and dryer were a great size to accommodate laundry, and 5 of us easily felt comfortable with enough room to co-exist The putting green was a great "side dish" to the pool. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. We didn't initially ask for the pool to be heated but decided it needed it afterall(mid November). The pool and surrounding area were very clean. The retractable awning provided enough shade for those who wanted it. The owners and property managers were very responsive and accommodating to questions and requests. So thankful for that. The checkout process was clear and straightforward. We highly recommend staying here!

No worry honeymoon
Absolutely perfect. Most relaxing and quiet nieghborhood, located close to everywhere we needed to. Although we wanted to grill out, the grill wall pretty nasty. But that isnt going to stop us from staying here every yr!!
