Neighborhood was amazing Quiet, beautiful location

There was a bad ant problem Some things weren’t in a great shape. The picnic table actually completely broke with the my parents on it. Luckily they weren’t seriously hurt

The location was great and had plenty of room in the house.

Bad ant problem if anything was left on the counters it would be covered in ants in minutes. The bathrooms were dirty. Bed sheets and blankets had stains on them

Great location. Accommodations were very comfortable. Great patio. Plenty of clean towels. Beds were comfortable.

Entrance door railing is very weak and unsafe. Washing machine very loud and sounded like it would break any second. Middle shelf on fridge is cracked. Bric-a-brac is dusty. No towel racks in bathrooms.

It is a great little treasure - across the street from a park and near the bay

The railing to the only operating door is in disrepair - I had several friends with canes - there was a definite safety issues - I called Vicasa the first business day and was assured my concerns would be addressed - never happened - the master bedroom window doesn’t lock and the outlets in the unit are Loose - there are no ground fault outlets in redone kitchen - The washing machine sounds like a b57 taking off - Vicasa was going to contact owner - I question this - owner came on Friday am and was not aware of any issues - we were the first renters if the season - I called Vicasa back and never got a call back

The location was great. It was dog friendly. It had all wood floors. It had plenty of seating. Had big refrigerator. Had nice deck. Had bikes.

In the master bathroom the fan had a broken chain, so you could not turn it off. It got very cold in there, and the master bath had no working light above the vanity. Kitchen chairs were weak, sitting on one,it broke.

Nice location.

Picnic table was wobbly. She’s was unlocked. Coffee maker didn’t work
