The room assigned was an extremely poor shape, an entire window was cracked and when this was mentioned to the rude person at the front desk, he said they cannot do anything about it except to fix it which will take a few days! So we said please change our room, and the guy just kept us waiting instead of being considerate and professional enough to say yes we have another room you can change your room. It took us going back-and-forth to the front desk to finally get them to give us a room with an intact window! These people are extremely rude and unprofessional , will tell all friends and family never to stay here!

I stayed in that motel from Dec. 29 to Jan. 8th. They didn't want to clean the room. Didn't change my sheets until the last night. It was infested with bed bugs. I sprayed the room with alcohol and baking soda. I had to sleep in Vicks

There was nothing to like about my stay.

The staff was very rude and unprofessional. The facility was not clean and it took over 2 hours to get checked in. I had to contact police because of this matter. I recommend that they be taken off booking.com.

The saving grace of this place was the dedicated and friendly clerk who checked us in. She was very helpful and was passionate about her job and our satisfaction.

We had to go through 2 full rooms settling for being satisfied on the 3rd one when we checked in. The first room nobody cleaned or changed the blankets. The second room literally had blood stains on the blanket. The toilet or bathroom was not cleaned and the tub was out of order. The third room was better than the first two but there was drywall work all other the room that was not painted over yet. Clearly Someone doesn't know how to install a door as screws stuck out in random places. They only gave us only two pillows. That is one for each of us. Outside my apartment was Tarped monstrosity of some sort and pallets. Could of been some hobos home who knows. Felt like I was in a third world country staying at the Superlodge.
