I got a free roon upgrade and the hotel was located very close to the queen making it easy to get back and fourth between places

Someone was smoking weed in their room and the smell made me throw up.

They have billed me for a night that I did not stay and have yet to correct it. The front desk staff is very incompetent.

The room was spacious, the TV was very good and the bed and pillows were excellent.

The lighting in the room and in the bathroom particularly was inadequate. The hot water went cold after about two minutes as I was showering. Also the toilet bowl was the very low and very small type which is hardly suitable for an adult.

This hotel appeared to be nearly empty- less than 20 cars in the parking lot when we left early this morning in a hotel with at least 7 floors. Yet they put us in a room for handicapped that wasn't requested. I dont see it working well for a person with a disability either- the sink had no flat edge to sit anything on, a small shelf was too far away to reach anything. The towels were far from the sink & tub, the underneath pipes were exposed and looked a mess. The bathroom door handle was falling off & the door wouldn't shut. Remember this hotel is nearly empty- they gave us a room on the 7th floor with a family of at least 5 or more on the other side of the wall- the kids were screaming & jumping off the beds against the wall etc to 2 am- no adult response to it. No one went in or out any other rooms on our end of the hall - empty. Why do they put people so close with tons of empty rooms? My husband had fallen asleep before the chaos started so we didn't request a switch but we should have moved. Anyway this shows the staff doesn't care about customers to spread them out a little when they easily could have, we didn't request a handicap room & the maintenance is poor.
