Property was good except mid level toilet needed to be unclogged with plunger.

Our family of 7 had a great time of fun and relaxation. The online pictures are an accurate portrayal of the home. The hot tub is very nice and the pool is close by.
Erin, the host, was very helpful to answer our questions and we appreciate her quick responses to our texts.
The home is located in a scenic area and yet the stores are just a short drive away.

This was a great location in Frisco. We were able to get easily to bike paths and walk to Main Street in Frisco. There were 3 bedrooms and bathrooms which were a perfect setup for my adult family. It was roomy enough to accommodate my 2 adult children and a spouse (a long with my husband and myself). We used the kitchen for breakfast and lunches (it was well stocked with all the necessities). We did not get a chance to enjoy the spa. The garage was very nice to have to store our bikes. There was a bonus area downstairs where one of my children went to watch his shows while we were watching our shows on the main floor. This property met all our needs and we would rent it again if we go back to Frisco.

We loved this rental! Our whole family felt at home and loved the short walk to hiking, bike trails, cute downtown Frisco, and the marina. Not to mention the clubhouse tennis courts, racquetball court, pool, sauna.and outdoor hot tub. Plus an indoor hot tub in the rental. Couldn’t ask for more!

We visited during the pandemic and the location of this condo was perfect and left us with many things to do within walking distance. We were bummed the clubhouse wasn’t open for swimming/hot tub, but the hot tub at the condo made up for that. Erin was so easy to work with checking in and out and responding in a timely manner during our stay.

We had an amazing time in this house. We were a party of 10, two families with teenagers and small kids. Amazingly comfortable beds! The location was a big bonus, walking distance to Main Street, we were really enjoying evening walks around neighborhood. Beautiful memories!

Tucked away from the craziness of Main Street and the ski resorts you have this LARGE condo wit lots of space for a 2 family trip. Yet walking distance to downtown and so close to all the resorts. Place is updated, clean and has everything you need.

We were only here for 2 days. Location was excellent, and condo was just as described. Great to have a garage to park the car! Would definitely stay again.
