Le logement était sympa, confortable.

Dommage qu'il n'y ait aucun contact humain. Plus de précisions pour récupérer les clés serait un vrai plus. Pas pu entrer dans le parking donc j'ignore si nous avions la possibilité de rentrer à l'intérieur ou non. Aucune indication pour le wifi au logement. Nous avons réussi à nous connecter à un réseau sans savoir si c'était celui du logement ou non.

the beds were comfy, Wi-Fi, shower and space was great.

in a complex that seems very tired and run down and felt like a residency complex not a holiday. the staff couldn’t be anymore unhelpful if they tried. we requested things such as an appropriate sun bed and they gave us one which was unusable in the beginning and refused to replace it for a decent one like the other two (one of the decent ones was also broken so therefore we only had one and a very unstable one for the whole duration). we requested to have another key as our son and us may not be wanting to come back home at the same time and more pillows. was told a flat out no to all of these which I understand if it’s completely not possible but when the apartment is for 4 and not 2 I find unreasonable and unacceptable! the bungalow needs a full redecorate as the walls were marked and made the accommodation feel unclean. and to almost end our experience the kitchen sink fell through, I understand this is probably just an unexpected accident that happened however it took them almost 24 hours to finally answer our message and fix it. the staff were not very accommodating at all during our stay and spoke very little English so couldn’t speak over the phone and took them ages to reply over WhatsApp (hours). we come Lanzarote multiple times a year and this is the most disappointing experience we’ve had. overall very disappointing as had high hopes for this property but did not achieve.
