Nuisance sonore car isolation phonique des chambres par rapport au couloir insuffisante lors des rentrées tardives de certains clients Les WC de la chambre sont peu isolés de la chambre elle même avec des portes en verre !

El primer día el aseo del baño está mal hecho. Muy mal hecho. Solicite mejor limpieza y desinfección y solucionado el problema . Muy buena disposición de la persona del aseo.

Todo, es increíble. Está genial ubicado, el buffet es el mejor que yo he visto por la variedad y por todo. El persona es súper amable, las piscinas están muy bien. Repetiría sin duda.

La qualité des buffets proposés. La propreté des chambres. La qualité du service et la bonne humeur du staff. Le local à vélo où l on pouvez entretenir et nettoyer son vélo. La piscine de 40 mètres mais glacial... 😁

L emplacement de la chambre au dessus des cuisines et face à un bar/boîte nuit. Bruyant le soir lors de soirées organisées.

It was a good stay. Breakfast and the lunch option at breeze and sports bar was good. In general smiles when served. On negative as all inclusive once served you sit a very long time being ignored to the point you give up. The hotel had a good lay out.and easy to actually get sun beds for once.

The room was nice although the cleaning was less impressive. Again smiling staff was good, but doesn’t really help when cups and glass are still dirty. And let’s say you do get sceptical to where the clothes have been before. We did miss an easier all inclusive the pain of needing to give the room number every time put us off using it to its full extent. Also the wait after first serving I suspected is deliberate delay. As we saw those paying got served fast. Not big drinkers, but 35 minute wait every time we sat down was bad. The one serving in sports bar however was good when eventually we just walked up. And one serving waiter stood out a bit. I think the glass shower and mirror toilet is slightly unnecessary. We are married and not to bothered, but still see no point watching tv in the shower. Also it just didn’t look clean the glass was filthy. Just not our thing. We spent quite some time being annoyed silently about the service. Although the breeze and sport bar was good. And breakfast we found the dinner buffet a little too crowded. It could have been good if spread out a bit more. We ended up skipping it a few nights and when there salat was the easy option.

Good access to town with shops and restaurants on your doorstep, and a small stroll to the beach. Food quality seemed good, if you were prepared for frenzy of collecting your buffet food. Clean and tidy. comfortable bed. Guest advisor to take problems to.

Room smaller than advertised. Air conditioning, and Extractor fans not working. Spa Bath on overlooked balcony and jets needed cleaning. Buffet was not enjoyable, as a struggle to get a clean made up table, and too many people accessing food without queuing. Taking full payment before showing you room Then advising that whilst dinner was advertised as 6.30 - 9.30, they didn't want us going until between 8 and 9. This led to problems of getting clean tables as per above. Lounge beds round the pulls only one deep and difficult to access unless getting there early.
