This was a great place to stay as it was close to the beach, restaurants and other shopping. The amenities on site were wonderful for both the adults and kids. The corner location was convenient, all things inside the unit were clean and it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable!

My husband and I and our two adult daughters stayed here for a few days. We liked the proximity to the beach and the amenities in the community ( fitness center, ping ping, putting green). . The unit, however, was in need of updating of carpets and furniture as they were soiled and worn and not particularly attractive. It also had a strong unpleasant chemical odor that hit us each time we entered. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils to make cooking easy.

This was the perfect location! I can not get enough of the California sunsets that are just steps away. We loved our stay!

The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. The downside was that this condo overlooks the jacuzzi which at times had upwards of 22 people in it including a lot of children which made it very loud. It was warm so we needed to leave the windows open so it was not as peaceful as we hoped. At least there were hours that limit how late people were allowed in the jaccuzi so we were able to sleep at night. It was also a little uncomfortable sitting on the balcony because you look right at the jaccuzi.
Also...more silverware would be nice. Thank you!

Oceanside at its best!
My family and I felt right at home! We absolutely loved the place..the location was perfect! Susan was very pleasant with the check in process and replied right away! She was awesome with her recommendations! We were so close to the beach! We would certainly stay at her place again! Thank you Susan!

Enjoyed the Beach
Unit was very organized with labels telling where things were stored. The owner provided many items that made the beach more enjoyable. The shower was good, and the beds were comfortable.
The view from the condo balcony was non-existent. All we could see were trees, plants, and a glimpse of the hot tub through the trees. The listing on VRBO showed a view of the pool and the complex, so we were disappointed.
We do cooking when vacationing to avoid eating unhealthy expensive food in restaurants for every meal. The kitchen was woefully lacking useful pots and pans as well as eating utensils. Fortunately we brought two skillets for cooking breakfast.
I wish I could give this rental a better review, but for the nightly price plus all the fees and taxes we paid, I don't think we will rent this unit in the future.

Our family enjoyed our stay at North Coast Village and unit C-113. Master bedroom was comfortable and roomy. The second bedroom and bathroom came in handy for the kids to share.

Perfect floor and location in one of the most beautifully landscaped resorts I've seen. Our towels and linens were most likely cleaned, but seemed like they were sitting there for a while. The couch and covers had some stains. We loved our trip over all and our kids had a great time,

Very nice -felt like we were in Hawaii. Check in was horrible. Had no idea where the HOA office was (middle of the complex!!) to check in . Thank God we found the patrol office to help us.
we did have an ant problem in the kitchen. All in all our stay was very nice -nice people great location.

Not a very good selection of pans to cook with. Also some of the pans were not clean and one had grease in it. The place was well appointed but not very clean. The garbage disposal need to be replaced

It is located right on the beach and you can sit on the harbor side for some quiet time or the pier side where you can watch surfers and find some yummy treats. We have kids of all ages and they all enjoyed it. The unit could have been cleaned a little better, and during COVID, the gym and sauna were closed and you have to make reservations for the pool and jacuzzi so you have to make a reservation 2 days ahead early in the morning. Overall it was great and we Wish we could have stayed longer. We will be back!
