We had a great time at the house. Jill was great to deal with, the house was in great shape, and accommodated our group of 14 perfectly. We loved the outdoor bar area, multiple decks, hot tub, and quiet cove. Would recommend to anyone and will try to return ourselves.

Was a great location, convenient to grocery store, restaurants, activities. Home had everything we needed for kids. Fishing, kayaks, paddle board, fire pit where we made s’mores every night, game room w/ ping pong & pool table, numerous TVs. 36 steps down to dock allowed unexpected exercise☺️ Plenty of beds & bathrooms for big group.

Our family (ages4-73) stayed here Monday until Saturday. There were 18 of us. Plenty of room and so many things to do. We had a couple rainy days and there was lots to do on the decks and in the house. Lots of fun things to do in the water. We enjoyed our time here very much! The Kupferschmid’s

The owners has thought of everything for this house! Modern clean home, great location with plenty of activities for on/off the water. You really don't need to leave! Kayak, paddle board, water toys, fishing gear, hot tub, pool, foosball, bluetooth speakers in all central hangout areas, tvs in every room (even outside next to the jacuzzi, and on the dock), 3 levels of decks to hang between, firepit, gas and flat top grill. Communication with the hosts was quick and easy. I highly recommend this place to anyone considering a trip to the ozarks. 10/10 would return. Thank you Jill and Randy!

This house had everything needed to have a great time. The house and dock are in a perfect convenient location, right across from 2 gas docks with places to rent boats and jet skis. We used all the community areas several times, and the downstairs outside bar makes a perfect place for a poker game or just hanging out! The black stone and grill work great! The stereo system with Sirius at all the outdoor areas was a definite plus. I hope to stay here again soon!

This home has all the amenities and a great view of the lake! I would highly recommend this property, its a great location to surrounding restaurants and activities. This place was perfect for our big group, we enjoyed using the hot tub and paddle boat. All the beds were super comfy and the house was decorated beautifully.

Great weekend

Staying at Cove Retreat is like staying at a 5 star resort without the high price! The property has everything you need from Entertainment (I think 13 TV's), Music (2 SiriusXM radio's on the patio with a high end Amp on the lower deck and Receiver on the upper), Game Room (Pool, Ping Pong table, Foosball and Xbox) and even a TV on the dock you can listen to Spotify on! Worried about keeping your food and drinks cold? Worry no longer, 3 full size refrigerators and small one on the dock! And when it comes to meal time, you can cook and eat like a king with a Grill and Blackstone flattop for cooking and of course a kitchen with every appliance you can need. Worried about Sleeping arrangements? No need. 5 bedrooms with a pull out sofa in game room for six! And make note that sofa is in a room that has pocket doors that close as well as full bathroom on that level! Staying at Cove Retreat a GREAT VAULE and you would be silly not to book it! Lastly, the owners (Jill and Randy) were fantastic hosts and any questions we had they responded immediately.

Our family met up in MO for Thanksgiving. 17 people - mostly teenagers and adults were able to comfortably relax, enjoy and rest during our vacation. The lake is beautiful! House is amazing! We couldn’t have had a better vacation together! Highly recommend booking this house!

Good all around Thanks

You only need to bring your clothes and food! The inside of this home is well decorated, organized and comfortable. The outside areas make enjoying the views and weather easy and relaxing. Lots of little extras to insure a good time is had by all.

Our family of 18 stayed for a week. We had a wonderful time. The only thing we didn't use was the hot tub. The dock was well stocked with a paddle boat, paddle board, two kayaks, floaties, lily pad, an assortment of life jackets, fishing poles and nets, a bar area with 5 chairs, and small refrigerator. Oh and don't forget the duck food. There was another sitting dock area next to the water on land with seating and an umbrella. The kitchen had everything pots and pans, bowls, enough dishes for 18, silverware, serving, baking and grilling tools. Two gas grills one that was a flat grill. An outside bar off the lower level with refrigerator, sink, microwave next to the bar was a fire pit with plenty of seating. The lowest level of the house was loaded with games- fooseball, ping pong, pool, and a gaming system. In every room there seemed to be a smart TV so you could be connected with your favorite shows. The WiFi was great even with all us using our own devices. Four bathrooms and plenty of space for all 18 of us to sleep. A couple of the remotes didn't have batteries so the owners brought over a bag and put a bolt on the paddle boat. They were really responsive if we contacted them. Two full size refrigerators on the main level so plenty of space to store all the food we would need for our group. Kitchen appliances were working well and they have a heavy duty washer and dryer. If I would rate this place on a scale of 10 I would have to give it a 15.

This house has it all! A beautiful home with quick easy access to the lake and to town. The hosts are very accommodating and have made sure you have all that you need. I am not sure we saw much of our kids the entire time there was so much for them to do. Thank you so much Randy and Jill

I have rented lake houses at least 1 - 2 times per year for trips with the family or friends. This is by far the best experience I have had. Everything was great. The second we walked in we could tell Jill and Randy had put a lot of thought and time into creating the best experience for their renters. Most of our essentials (paper towels, TP, paper plates, towels, etc) were all provided. The kitchen has everything you need. There is entertainment everywhere! 4 decks (top deck has a hot tub, middle deck we used for grilling and eating, bottom deck is a fun place to hang out, and there is a small deck by the water to have a fire at night). The outside bar off the bottom deck is awesome! Pictures do not do this place justice! One thing we were worried about coming in mid May was that the weather could be unpredictable. We got a lot of rain over the weekend, but it didn't matter because we had a blast at the house! There is a game room off the bottom deck (pool table, ping pong, foosball) that kept us entertained, as well as TVs everywhere to watch whatever sports game you want, it seemed like Randy and Jill had every channel available! There are also sound systems on both the lower deck and middle deck with bluetooth and Sirius radio, so no need to bring a big speaker for outside. The rooms and beds were very comfortable and clean. Plenty of space in this house for a big group (we had 12). House is within a mile from a golf course (the Ridge) we were able to get one day in. Great course with amazing views!If you are renting a pontoon I recommend Point Randall resort, it is right across the cove and they were good to work with. The house has a very well built dock and being back in the cove it is nice calm water with easy access.The communication with Jill and Randy was 5 stars. We even forgot some items at the house and Jill shipped them back to us within a week!I can go on and on about the pros of this place and our experience, I can't think of one con. We all said multiple times over the weekend "we need to rent this place again", and I am sure we will be back!

Spent Guys Weekend here in Mid May. Easily fit 15 of us. Outdoor bar with the TV and radio was a popular place to hang out. Hot tub was great after spending the day golfing

Our group came down to see a couple shows near the Bagnell strip but we hardly ever wanted to leave the house. The property is exactly as pictured. Everything is nice, new, and clean with plenty of room for a group to spread out (we had 10 adults). There is an abundance of stuff to do from the hot tub, to the lawn games, to the floaties, kayaks, and lilypad by the dock. Communication was great and check-in was a breeze. The hosts even sent us a message about where to find their blowers if we needed to clear the deck of pollen that was frequently falling this time of year. We had so much fun hanging out on the decks and down by the dock. You won't be disappointed.

We enjoyed everything about the Cove Retreat from the location close to the dam to all the amenities like kayaks, games, fishing poles, multiple outdoor areas (3 decks, bar, 2 Firepits and of course the dock!). We didn’t want to leave the house the whole week! When we did there are lots of things to do close by! I highly recommend Cove Retreat for your group or family vacations!

We had a blast staying at this beautiful lake house. The house is well kept, clean and fully stocked with all the essentials. The dock was fun and the cove is perfect for kids and adults to swim and lounge in as it’s very calm. We were there on July 4th and enjoyed an amazing fireworks show we could see from the dock. The house has many outdoor sitting areas to enjoy, fire pit, martini deck, and hot tub . It’s a wonderful place for family and friends. The owners were very informative about the area and great to rent from. We highly recommend this lake house.
