This was a wonderful CLEAN property and worked great for everyone to have their own space including their own bathroom. Clothes rack would be nice since there are no closets.

Great place. 6 bedrooms all with private bathrooms (2 other bedrooms we didn’t use). Nice large common areas. Would stay again definitely!

Our time spent at the Galice Lodge was for a Girl’s Weekend. It was the perfect property in the perfect location for our gathering of 12. This is an amazing property for a large group. The check in process was easy and the property was immaculate. We will definitely recommend this to friends.

Lots of space for everyone, well stocked and the host was responsive and very accommodating. Can't want to go back!

Wonderful accommodations with the best stocked kitchen ever.

Excellent house and location- it is also rented out as a lodge so we ended up having to put notes on the doors to let people know they could not use any of the services and also had to redirect folks wanting to check in to the other houses. They freely walked up the stairs inside and outside the house. There were no locks on the first floor door except for the exterior door.

This property was perfect for our group! We had multiple families making a trip from Portland to Sacramento checking out the redwoods and the coast and we stayed here one night. It was like having our own private hotel, with a perfect combination of private bedrooms/bathrooms and shared open spaces to cook/eat and hang out. Highly recommend!

The only thing was that communication was a bit hard at the beginning with the property owner, but everything worked out!

our pastoral staff (15 adult) needed a break to reflect on the crazy year we just lived through and the Galice Resort was just what we needed tucked into trees with the river nearby. We plan to book this place again.

Easiest rental I've ever had and the best rental Ive ever had. The place was well stocked with everything we might need. It was very very clean and comfortable. We all ages and its enjoyed by all. The staff at the Galice Store were so friendly and helpful an made us feel so welcome. We will book the place again

We greatly loved our experience. The pictures certainly did not do this property justice. It was gorgeous. Everyone had a beautiful time. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything you need to make dinner. All the way down to the garlic press and ice cream scoop!

Overall adequate facility for large groups; ours experienced the following:The dishwasher was malfunctioning from day one.There was a substitute ice maker for the built in ice maker in the refrigerator which was a hassle to pour in water for the ice then put it in the freezer for storage and to obtain ice through the door.The facility experienced a water leak on night three which made bathing virtually impossible due to the lack of water pressure. We were not told until well into the search and repair of the leak. Bottled water was brought up by the establishment; no word was given as to whether the leak was ever repaired.No rental adjustment was ever offered/mentioned for the inconvenience.The worst complaint was concerning a male "frequent customer" of Galice Resorts who opened a door uninvited on his way to a short cut from the top floor to the driveway below. He was challenged and commented that he was friends of so and so and inferred that he had permanent permission to travel through the building; he was denied further entry, was invited to leave through the same door and went away cussing. Not impressed!
