We stayed at Sea for Yourself in July 2023 and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful home and fabulous location. Since we ate in for the majority of our meals, the kitchen had all the cookware and dinnerware we needed. The best stocked kitchen we have experienced.

We were very pleased with the house. We did not realize that there were so many beds, besides the 4 bedrooms. There are several sleeper sofas - you could really pack in more people. The kitchen was very well stocked. The only thing we could not find were wine glasses - we found one but that certainly didn't stop us from drinking. We did love the beer mugs that could be frozen for a cold beer. They are currently building a house right next store, so there was some noise due to that. But it really didn't impact our stay. We really enjoyed our time even though part of the week was cold and rainy - probably saved us from getting more burnt from our beach time. This was our first visit to the Topsail area - we will definitely be back.

Amazing beach house in a great location. The beach felt very secluded and private. I also loved being near the north topsail surf shop for the ability to rent surf gear.

Good experience. Wish the grill would have been cleaned planned on grilling. Has a bunch of green mold build up inside grill. Family had a great time and great location.

Awesome location with beach access. Floor plan is closed off, but plenty of room for 13 with 3 small kids. Simple amenities like toilet paper, salt and pepper and sugar not included?!? First time for that. Lewis Realty was responsive to our call to have jacuzzi cleaned during stay (not cleaned prior to our arrival). Have a great week at the beach and created happy family memories.

This house was beautiful! Seven friends, plenty of room. House was spotless, accomodations were perfect. One thing you might want to consider....lots of steps, no elevator. Depending on who you're renting for this might be a consideration. Carrying luggage and supplies up the steps from garage or back steps to the deck was a bit rough for us. Location is amazing. Though house sits by road the beach view is AMAZING! Such a wonderful week.

Our favorite part of this property is the ocean front view. The porch is excellent for shade, for sunning, or for viewing from two very well placed captain's chairs. The house is in excellent and very clean condition and we loved the size of the master bedroom and bath. we have stayed in lots of homes, and this is our favorite so far! Hope to return in 2022!

Sea For Yourself was fantastic. Beautiful decor and great location. The deck gave us wonderful views while having our morning coffee and eating our evening meals. Loved our time there!!!

The house was probably better then the pictures. Smelled very clean and sanitized when we got there. No issues.. just perfect for 7 adults. Kitchen was well stocked. Garage was a bonus.

The view and the rooms in this house were amazing. Very close access to the beach. The decks were awesome and large enough to hold our family activities. We will absolutely to back to this adorable home. Thanks for sharing!!

Beautiful property! We had an issue with the keyless code sent being wrong and not getting enough linens for all the beds but both were handled quickly.

We had 11 family members at this property for the week. The beach house was beautifully appointed and very cozy and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. The garages for parking were great. The view of the ocean from various places in the house were spectacular. The beach area and ocean access was great for all ages in our group. Grocery stores and restaurants are close.
Overall, this is a wonderful place from which to enjoy the ocean.

Very nice house! Everything you need except a charcoal grill. Have been there a week in November and a week in February. Both off season weeks but perfect break from the weather up north. Bicycling very nice on the island, the beach is beautiful for walking, shell collecting or casting a line in the surf.

Beautiful Oceanfront Beachhouse!
This was our first visit to Topsail Beach. We loved the location -- perfect for families. The beach house was beautiful -- plenty of space for our party of 11. The house was clean and the kitchen well-equipped. This oceanfront house has large windows providing beautiful ocean views. The large deck providing additional views of the Atlantic was much enjoyed by our group.
