This is our 3rd time staying at this property. My family travels to southern California every year and I have yet to find another property as wonderful as Ron's. The house is beautiful and is perfectly located. We will certainly be back again in the future.

I have nothing but praise for Ron and his great home. The home is large, luxury, tasteful and has great views . The neighborhood is gated and peaceful. This is truly a five star property and has everything one needs. We really enjoyed great outdoor area including the hot tub and pool.

From the first correspondence with Ron I knew our group of 5 would have an amazing vacation. As mentioned before the photos really are 100% accurate of the property, but once there it’s next level of stunning. Everything you could ask for and so clean. Thank you again and we look forward to returning!

The house is absolutely beautiful inside with great furnishings, beautiful artwork, and beautifully designed. The furniture is comfortable, and the "fur" blankets were a wonderful addition for chilly nights on the wonderful patio surrounding the pool. My family used both the pool and hot tub a ton, and the patios are all wonderfully done. The house is one of the most well-appointed and comfortable I have rented and Ron was fantastic and very responsive. Would absolutely recommend. Oh - and did I mention the art? So well done.

I rented Ron's property for a long weekend to celebrate my 40th bday along with two of my friends. The listing on vrbo doesn't do this house justice! Everything was just spectacular, from communicating with Ron, supplies in the house, how comfortable and spacious the house was, to of course, the views! We loved the back patio for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Location is great as well and we could easily get to laguna or newport. Couldn't recommend this property enough!

It worked out perfect. My daughter got married 10 minutes away close to the venue and great places to dine. I would stay in a heartbeat again. I have a nice home myself and this beats it my home it by far. Ron you were very helpful and a great host. Great pool, ping pong and pool table.

Ron’s place was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect for us as we went both North and South for outings. The view was breathtaking and the back patio was comfortable to hang out in the pool, jacuzzi, read and relax. There was great indoor/outdoor seating. Ron was available for any questions we had and was a wonderful host. Everything was well stocked and our family enjoyed the ping pong table/pool table. It was the perfect family getaway!

Finally back at Ron's fantastic property after two consecutive years of covid cancellations. We were a party of 5 people, 2 couples and one daughter, staying for two weeks in July/August. This is our second stay here, and we came back for good reasons. The ad and pictures, although beautiful in themselves, do not do this fantastic property justice. Everything from the location, house layout, quality of styling, furnitures, and amenities and facilities are top notch. Also, Ron is the most gracious of hosts, quick to respond and very service minded going out of his way to make sure everything goes smoothly. We will definitely be back next year.

This house is even prettier in person than it is in the beautiful photographs online. It is a designers dream. The furnishings and artwork are fabulous. The neighborhood is great as is the location. The ocean view is spectacular. We cannot say enough about this house. A vacation dream. And finally, Ron, the owner is wonderful to deal with. He was very accommodating when answering our questions. We will stay here again in the future.

The property was in an excellent location with a beautiful view of the ocean! This was for my sons wedding and staying in the gorgeous home made it even more special for the family. The owner was extremely easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed! Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!

Loved the house. It was clean and well decorated. The backyard was our favorite place to hang out. Loved the view and floating in the pool. The master shower was big and fun to shower together in. It was a great place to stay. We will be back.

We had an amazing time at Ron’s home. Staying here felt like a real getaway/vacation. The home has all the bells and whistles and between the pool, hot tubs (yes there are two), yard, ping pong, grill, etc. you can relax and hang out at the house with no shortage of things to do. Ron was very communicative and responsive when we had a question for him. Would highly recommend staying here!

The home is exactly as described with a lot of great amenities. The kitchen was well equipped with a huge spice collection. All of the beds were extremely comfortable and we enjoyed our stay immensely! Ron was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend renting and I know we will be back.

This property is absolutely gorgeous and provides the best comfort. It is beautifully designed with breathtakingly gorgeous views from everywhere (leaving room, dining room, kitchen, balcony, bedrooms etc...). Not a detail is overlooked in this beautiful house, every room provided ultimate comfort, with comfortable furnitures, mattresses and bedding. The kitchen was so well equipped and provided everything you can possibly need. Everything was exceptional and wonderful about this property, from beautiful views, best comfort, and very responsive and helpful host. The house is very well appointed to get to all the best places in Orange County. Our host was wonderful, very responsive, thoughtful and considerate. We look forward to returning soon again.

We feel so fortunate to have found Ron and Leota’s gorgeous home in San Juan Capistrano. From the moment we stepped through the door we knew that we had made the right decision! The ocean views that greeted us upon arrival were just breathtaking, and even more beautiful than the photos on VRBO could capture. The wall of windows provided a front row seat to a spectacular view of the pacific ocean, San Clemente Island, Dana Point Harbor and Catalina Island. At every opportunity we enjoyed the deck, pool, hot tub, and abundant and comfortable patio furnishings, complete with two fire pits. Their home is bright, spacious, clean and comfortable, offering all amenities one could hope for. The living room furniture is so comfortable and luxurious, the bar is conveniently situated between the living room, pool table, dining room and kitchen to maximize entertaining with family and friends. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances and cooking implements that one could need. A full sized refrigerator and full sized freezer make food storage a breeze. When we entered the kitchen we were delighted to find a welcome gift of wine and chocolates from our hosts. The upstairs features a spacious laundry room and two ensuite bedrooms. Our family raved about the comfortable beds, so much that one of our nephews wants to purchase a mattress like the one in the spare bedroom! The master suite is spacious and offers more beautiful ocean views. The bathroom has every amenity you can imagine. On the last day we realized that the shower is also a steam room. We’ll have to take advantage of that on our next visit! We enjoyed the home so thoroughly that we have already booked our next vacation. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that Ron, who is so friendly and helpful, was available to answer any questions we had. Check in and check out couldn’t have been easier. The neighborhood where the home is located is just delightful and all the hills provided great workouts! Each day was truly better than the last. We can’t recommend Ron and Leota’s home enough and will be counting the days until we return!

This property is like a resort only better, top to bottom comfort. Exquisitely designed and appointed in every way. It is breathtakingly beautiful with a view off the balcony of the ocean. Not a detail is overlooked here, each room is more perfect than the next, with comfortable mattresses and bedding, we slept like royalty. Modern style with a kitchen that would make any chef rejoice, as well as an outdoor chef’s kitchen. My husband loved the large screen tv’s. We played pool, and ping pong after a fabulous day enjoying the pool and spa, with our son and some friends. At night we cozied up to the fire-places inside and enjoyed the wine that our host left for us as a thank you. We traveled to Dana Point, and Newport Beach and house was conveying to both. Also within walking distance is one of our favorite hiking trails. Our host was delightful, responsive, kind and considerate. Our flight out of SNA was delayed making us miss our connecting flight and they graciously allowed us to stay until we left for LAX. A home like this with owners is a treasure indeed, we plan to return as soon as we are able. Thanks again for a much needed get away in such beauty and comfort.

This by far was the BEST rental I’ve ever had! Both the house and the host were superb! Definitely going back again. My new happy place!

We had booked Ron's place in San Juan Capistrano for the week after Christmas. From the start, Ron was wonderful to deal with. I have never encountered such a professional, responsive and thoughtful VRBO host before. Even when he was traveling abroad, he responded immediately to our messages. Though we were unable to actually take our trip due to the airline chaos this Christmas, we look forward to staying at his gorgeous home at a future date!

This is a very nice property with great views and convenient location. Spacious home with great outside area with views of the ocean and Dana Point Harbor. We spent many hours playing ping pong! The host Ron is super responsive with any question. This home is what everyone says it is!

One of the best properties we have stayed in. Unbelievable view of the Pacific Ocean, Pool, Spa, deck for lounging and that's just the exterior. The interior superb from the Master Suite to the two king bed private bath additional bedrooms. Gourmet kitchen, pool and ping pong table, the list of amenities goes on. To top it off a host/owner that is extremely responsive and cares that the guests have a positive experience. This property will be on our must return to list.

Ron's status of 'Premier Host' is well deserved. Questions and concerns were addressed very promptly from the initial booking until check-out. The house was spotless when we arrived. Great view, great location, great amenities.

THIS HOME IS INCREDIBLE. AN UNBELIEVABLE MASTER BEDROOM AND TWO OTHERS, ALL EXCELLENT. BETWEEN THE POOL, HOT TUB, GOURMET KITCHEN, WHO COULD ASK FOR ANYTHING MORE!

We loved Ron's place. It was even better than the pictures showed. We felt like staying in a private resort where everything was thought of and taken care of with loving detail and most thoughtfully. In some cases, luxury to its best. The drive to the beach is easy, but no walking or biking distance. The views from the patio and most of the house are fantastic, so that one never really wants to leave. The neighborhood is excellent, quiet and very safe. Runners/walkers find great hills to spend time in just around the corner (also safe, as several people are out there even before sunrise). Ron was very quick to answer any questions we had. It was a most pleasant experience and if we get back to the West Coast, we would for sure want to stay again.

Beautiful view of ocean. Well equipped kitchen with top flight appliances. Terrific party house with pool table, ping pong, grill, multiple sitting areas, etc all in excellent condition. We’ll be back.

This property was stunning throughout. Ron was fantastic to work with and responded within minutes if we needed anything at all. The amenities within the property made us feel right at home. The ocean view was perfect when laying poolside. Each morning we couldn’t wait to make some coffee and relax in the comfortable outdoor furniture. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Ron!
