Our room was perfect and the view exceptional. Staff was super friendly. We wanted for nothing!!

Continental breakfast was a tad lackluster, but wasn't bad.

The room was nice. One bed was comfortable, but the mattress on the 2nd bed was extremely uncomfortable—the mattress had a deep dip in the middle. I appreciated that the sink was outside the area with the shower & toilet; however, the room with the toilet & shower was TINY—the door & floor space was only 2 feet wide. There was no place to put anything down except on the toilet & no hooks for towels. Because the space was so small, there was not enough room to dry off & dress—something to consider depending on who you are traveling with….

The hotel is located just across from the ocean, it is very well kept and the room we had was wonderful, clean, a very comfortable bed and we had the best sleep since we are on the road in 10 days. The lady at the check in was very friendly and helped us to park our Jeep with a roof rack on top in the garage. We had a nice breakfast and after returning to our room the key did not work anymore. The housekeeping lady noticed this and tried to help us, she called the lady from the check in and she was here to help within a minute. Wonderful staff, could not be any better.

The view was decent. The patio and main bedroom area was roomy. Staff was pleasant.

Bathroom was so tiny and uncomfortable. You could barely turn around. Internet was spotty, so if it's something you need, don't count on it.

AMAZING TEAM! Property has new owners from last time I stayed & they are committed to excellence. The New owners & staff are friendly, gracious, & accommodating. They truly listen to your requests & they are in the midst of a complete remodel. The room updates are perfect! The location is great! What's not to love! *Accidentally deleted photos of new room features but one of these pictures show the extent of the level of remodel they are giving every room.

The staff was amazing, they were professional, friendly, accommodating and helpful. The room was prepped for our arrival. The room was spacious and beautiful. The front desk staff greeted us with our first names. There were many offerings for hot and cold breakfast and it was delicious. The coffee was exceptional. The location very convenient. The price reasonable. We will be back!

The property was very clean. The room was spacious with a view of the ocean. The deck area provided chairs and loungers to be able to sit and take in the fresh air and ocean views! The staff was friendly and helpful.

Clean, most rooms are newly remodeled and the rest will be within a few months. We booked a room with an ocean view, and we were offered either a newly remodeled room on the ground floor or a yet to be remodeled room upstairs. I liked the view better upstairs (yet to be remodeled) and the room was still very nice, clean, and comfortable. The view was great and the hospitality has been excellent.

The toilet was extremely noisy. Mattress was very lumpy, worn out and uncomfortable. The room could have been a little cleaner.

Picked B. W. because we have points. Picked location because it was close to where we were meeting friends.

Got 2 queen beds. One frame was broken right down the middle. This caused her in be sunk in the middle of the bed. Sort of like a cradle. Had a very hard time getting out. Bathroom small, had toilet paper sitting on back of toilet. Shower needed some care. Mold around bottom floor. Price $311.00 for a Thursday night with a broken bed.
