We were very happy with our stay at this VRBO. Just as stated on the web site. Great communication with the owner. Would highly recommend, especially for the privacy and the best pool area we have ever had.

This was a beautiful vacation home. Everything we needed plus more!! The pool area was awesome! Deb and Rich were wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. Thank you for your gift of wine for our long overdue honeymoon! We recommend this home, and we will definitely be visiting again!!

Our family of 4 (kids 8 & 5) picked this place to enjoy a private pool for days filled with swimming and relaxing. Grandparents ended up staying most of the time with us but still plenty room for everyone. We spent most of the time outside, either in the pool or eating and playing cards on the lanai - we couldn't have asked for a better setting. Deb's communication was much appreciated and we enjoyed talking with Rich when he would come to check on the pool. 10/10 recommend and would love to stay again!

My wife and I spent a delightful week at this house. We've rented many houses in Florida over the years and none has been more comfortable or well-appointed than this one. The owners are very attentive and will deal with any issue quickly.

This house is very nice. We had problems with the hot tub and pool and could not use them, which was one of our filters in finding a home. Other than that everything else was great.

We truly enjoyed the house, especially the pool area! So much seating and lounging. The owners were VERY responsive and even gave us tips on places to eat. The kitchen is well appointed. The house was in great condition considering the hurricane that came through months before.

Deb and Rich are the best hosts anyone could ever ask for. Check in was easy. Their home is just so welcoming and all the conveniences of home. The heated pool and hot tub were my daily enjoyment and thank you Rich for your cheat sheet and coming at night to set up the spa. Thank you for getting the pool floats... awesome way to just let go and float and look at the sky. Very well stocked beautiful home. Very quiet and friendly neighbors. I had a couple of friends spend some good quality time with me for a few days and this was my first time renting a house. I am looking forward to coming back in May. My vacation was in January and I booked the house before Hurricane Ian. I have to admit i was a little concerned, but Deb kept me informed on what work was being done and reassured me that the house would be ready for my trip. It definitely was worth the wait. I would highly recommend Deb and Rich's beautiful home to anyone looking for a relaxing private vacation without distractions as with a hotel or resort. This home is a resort! Thank you Rich and Deb! This home was amazing. It was very comfortable and made you feel good about staying there. It was stocked with absolutely everything you could possibly need and so much more. Rich and Deb were very understanding and quick to respond to our needs. Both were very pleasant and really cared about making you feel special. The pool and hot tub were the main focus and we enjoyed relaxing in them. Thanks again for the "cheat sheet" once we got the hang of it! The pool lounge bed pads were great to just relax and float around. The grocery stores and places to eat are just minutes away. We had a great time and will definitely return to this home. We enjoyed our weekend stay recently! The house was plenty large enough for us, the neighborhood was quiet and private and we honestly just spent two days floating in the pool. Grocery stores and gas stations are under 3 miles away so it is still very convenient to get what you need!

Was looking for a short getaway and found this beautiful home. Deb & Rich were EXCELLENT and accommodating from start to finish. They truly do care about your experience. The home was immaculate. I would definitely come back to this property and any of their other locations in the future.

Stayed here with my sister for a long weekend girls trip and had the perfect time. Comfortable beds, great pool/lanai, quiet neighborhood close to amenities, and a host who went above and beyond to offer anything we needed. Would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to others.

Great place to stay with plenty of room and an outdoor covered patio where you can sit and sip a cold drink, poolside even if it rains.

Stayed here for several days with friends. The place was awesome and Deb and Richard made the experience feel like we were staying at a family's house. The house is in a quiet location with lots of trees and wildlife. Could not have been more relaxing. We will plan to stay here again in the future! If you need a home away from home to enjoy with friends, this place is perfect. Well stocked with everything you need. If you need anything, Deb and Richard are the best!

We rented this lovely property for Spring Break and could not be happier. The pictures online do not do it justice, it is an absolutely gorgeous home with more than enough space for 4. My kids loved the pool and swam every day. The house is incredibly well stocked with anything you could possibly need (cookware, tons of towels, washer/dryer, etc). It is on a very quiet street but the central location makes it easy to get anywhere fairly quickly. Deb was a very gracious host and checked in via text to make sure we had what we needed (we did!). I had contacted her in advance to ask where I could buy Easter goodies for the kids nearby and she even offered to get it all for us. We have stayed in a lot of Florida rentals but this was by far the best with an amazing home and host. We will be back, thank you Deb!

Great house. It had everything we needed and so much more. Owners were amazing. Even the neighbors were very friendly. The pool and hot tub were perfect.

The place was exceptionally clean and well decorated. The sectional couch was comfortable and large enough we all sat and watched a movie one night. Deb checked in on us and responded back quickly when we had questions. She was kind to drop off a beach umbrella which we requested. Nice to have an extra fridge for beverages. . I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. We had privacy while laying poolside. The neighborhood was quiet. Just a quick drive to get groceries. Lots of comfortable outdoor seating. The beds were comfy and had soft linens. There was plenty of toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher cleaner and soap. I didn’t have to go and buy more, which I have always needed to do at other rentals. She even had a large beach blanket, cooler and beach chairs for us to use. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Deb and Richard were very accommodating during our extended weekend stay , and the home is beautiful ! Our kids loved the pool and hot tub , even though the beach is only a short drive away I think the pool was their favorite part of the stay . We will definitely book with them for future vacations as well .

All I can say is if you need a place to stay for your family for an event or just a nice relaxing spot with easy access to the beach, the store, or places in the area this is a perfect spot to stay. This house has everything you could possibly need for your beach time , making dinner in an air fryer or crockpot or entertaining, even bath robes, curling iron, hot rollers! The property owner has made sure this place has everything one might need if they came for a visit. Including beach chairs, coolers‘s, wine glasses, games, extra blankets, air mattresses, etc. you name it they probably thought of it! This will be kept on my list for my next trip to Fort Myers. The pool/hot tub was awesome and a perfect relaxing place, and made a great place to work poolside as well.. And the owners were quick to help and even provide us with items needed to improve our stay!

This was our first experience with renting through VRBO and we could not have picked a better home to spend our 30th Wedding Anniversary at. Deb and Rich were wonderful throughout the entire process. Answered all our questions and were very quick to react to anything we asked them about. The House was wonderful, everything we needed was right there for us. The kitchen is stocked with more glassware and plates than you could ever need. There was even a cooler we could use to take adult beverages to a friends house for a day. The Pool area was beyond AWESOME. We spent most mornings lounging in the pool and enjoying our coffee and breakfast at the table outside. I would recommend this home to anyone that would ask. Thank You again Deb and Rich for a Unbelievable Vacation Destination.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It is clean, comfortable and very well appointed. Deb and Rich could not have been more accommodating - we spent plenty of time poolside and in the hot tub, the backyard is to die for. We travelled with family where we each rented our pin place, and this was by far the nicest. We recommend this home 1000% and definitely will rent again!

Came to Florida with a couple friends for a few days to play golf. House was perfect for our needs, exactly as it was described online. Pool was warm and very nice, even on a day that was a bit cool. Hot tub was very nice, and although a bit challenging to figure out how to set up, Richard came over quickly to help out. Communication from Deb was outstanding, very friendly and quick to respond. I would happily stay here again if visiting the area in the future.
