Had a great time

This was an amazing rental! The unit was very clean, smelled nice and pest free, these are some of the major things we look for in a rental. This unit was recently renovated and all of the rooms are very nice and have nice furnishings, the kitchen was really beautiful! The bedrooms and both bathrooms were very spacious! The view from the balcony was awesome, especially watching the sunset! It’s in walking distance to Coligney beach and all of the shopping and restaurants in the plaza right across the street. The parking area is under the building and is gated with a security code. Even the elevator required a security code to access it. This building also has a beautiful pool and hot tub on the same level which we used everyday. You can see the beach from the pool area. They also provided a discount code for one of the local bike rental shops down the street. We went in and got fitted for our bikes and they delivered them and locked them up in one of the many bike racks inside the secured garage. We rode the bikes everyday. The rental shop picked up the bikes when we left for home. One of the things that I also liked was that the owners were very responsive to messages which I appreciated. In summary, my family really enjoyed our stay at this fantastic unit would be happy to stay here again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone else looking for a beautiful rental right in the middle of everything and close enough to walk/bike everywhere!

Very nice property and location.

Cannot say enough great thing about the condo. It was clean and beautiful. Most of all the location was perfect! We could walk everywhere. Didn't use our car the whole week, it was glorious! Beach was beautiful, great restaurants, shops, and ice cream! The host was very responsive and helpful. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. Hilton Head is our new favorite family vacation place! Definitely would stay here again!

We had a fantastic week at North Shore 405 - it was an amazing location for the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The condo worked very well for our girls trip and we especially enjoyed the patio and access to the Seacrest beach/pool. Brian was very responsive and great to work with and we would absolutely stay here again on a future trip!

The condo was great! Plenty of room, good sized kitchen, well equipped and nice terrace. Love the roof top pool and hot tub. Excellent location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in 405 North Shore Place! We loved the proximity to the pool. It was super convenient for us with a toddler. The master bedroom bed was comfortable. The condo was very clean! We enjoyed relaxing on the patio overlooking Coligny. We could listen to live music every night. It's only a short walk to the beach. The owner's provided a beach wagon and chairs which was less that we had to pack. The condo is steps away from everything at Coligny; dinner, coffee, breakfast, ice cream and shopping! The covered/gated Parking is also a plus. We parked our car and never had to leave the vicinity until time to go home. We are looking forward to our next vacation at North Shore Place!

Great everything worked great, except the front bedroom very cold, and the back bedroom was warm, living area OK. Beds squeeks a lot, makes it hard to sleep.

We arrived a little earlier than our scheduled check in time and contacted the host who gave us a code to get in early. Place was great.

We are two friends who enjoy different vacation destinations and we thought this condo offers excellent value for the money. It is centrally located to shops, dining, beech access and more. We loved the deck space for an afternoon cocktail. The beds are comfortable, and the decor is charming. We loved everything about it and would rent it again. It actually exceeded our expectations.

I am so happy we chose to stay at this property! You can’t beat the location and amenities. The unit is on the same floor as the rooftop pool and it’s across the street from the shops and beach. We used SeaCrest heated pool beachside as it was too chilly to use the other. The communication from Brian and check in process was great! We will definitely stay here again!

What a beautiful condo, it was perfect for our family vacation. Close to the beach and a great area to walk around in. The balcony was the perfect spot to sit out and relax. The beds and furniture were all comfortable and the condo was equipped with everything we needed. We used the hot tub every night, it was great and the view of the stars was enjoyed as well. Thanks to the owners for helping us out with our special arrangements. We will definitely be recommending this condo to family and friends!

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Shortcomings were that patio door did not lock, entry door did not double lock, water pressure in shower was not great and shower could use non skid on the floor.

Pros- very clean property exactly described. Except, we were pleasantly surprised with the second bedroom having a large wall mounted tv. Location was perfect, we loved going to Frosty Frog and walking home after a few frozen daiquiris. Sea crest access was great too and having close beach access a must! Having a wagon and beach chairs was a great touch along with fans in each bedroom! Cons- lack of pillows. My husband and I went and bought two more. Pillows were few and far between on the beds and extremely flat. Also, the two double beds were harder than rocks. Recommend new soft mattress like the Master bed or st least a mattress topper. Unfortunately, every morning we were woken up by the leaf blowers and power washing at 7AM, but realize that’s not in any one’s control at the condo. You also can’t turn AC below 68, but fortunately fans were provided! All in all, location is excellent and we will stay again pending upgrade to the other mattresses!

We really loved and enjoyed our stay. We have stayed on this property (North Shore Place) before but chose to try a different condo. I am so glad we stayed in this condo. It was clean and a beautiful place to rest and relax. The location of the unit was excellent for us. The pictures and description is very accurate. We did have a morning of leaf blowers at 7:15 am but it did not last too long. We look forward to returning!

This property is awesome and a great location. We had a long weekend in December with very nice weather. It was a great get away.

Pleased in every way. Great location - close to everything. Great unit - updated and well equipped. The only negative was the leaf blowers at 7:00 am in Coligny Square. Other than that perfecto.

This was just as described. We enjoyed our stay and will come again. The pool was incredibly convenient and we were close to everything. The host also left a pack and play and stroller which came in handy!

We just left from a week-long family trip with 4 kids and it was amazing. Great location, nice upgrades, love being so close to Coligny and the 4th floor pool. Check-in and out was super easy. The only thing to note is the elevator is kind of scary as it bounces and skips your floor or gets caught up on the 2nd and 3rd floor. My kids used the steps. Also, the master bedroom was so cold compared to the rest of the condo. Other than those minor things, it was a fantastic trip!

Our stay at this condo was exactly what we were looking for. The location was perfect, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, stores and shops right across the road, three different pools plus beach supplies! The condo had everything you could need! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo. Excellent location.

This property was the perfect choice for our family with teens! The location is so convenient to the beach, shopping, & restaurants. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony & listening to the live music being played across the street in Coligny Plaza, the Ice Cream Cone just across the street was a real treat, and we appreciated the convenience of an easy walk to Piggly Wiggly for all of our grocery needs. Proximity to the fourth floor pool/hot tub area was a plus! The pool was always a fun gathering place, especially for the teens who met a lot of nice new friends.

The proximity to the pool was ideal! Not to mention to Coligny. The place was very clean & comfortable.

This beautiful spacious condo was perfect for our family…my husband and me and our 2 college age daughters. We have been coming to HHI as a family for 10 years and this location was the best! Such a short walk to the beautiful beach, walkable to the supermarket, and of course Coligny right across the street! The balcony is stunning and so comfortable! The condo had everything we needed. The check in process was the best we’ve experienced in years and Brian is so responsive! Would absolutely stay here again!

We have been to Hilton Head several times over the years and North Shore is definitely one of the best locations. It’s conveniently located to all the best restaurants, shops, beaches, and entertainment. The condo was very elegant and clean with upgrades including the kitchen and floor. The patio was private and large and has beautiful sunsets. The owners thought of everything to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable! I would love to stay here again! Just gorgeous! We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this clean and updated property. We were a brief walk to the beach and right across the street from Coligny shops and restaurants. At night we were able to enjoy live music from our balcony. We hope to be able to book this exact condo again for next year!

This condo is perfect for a small family. My wife and two young boys had a terrific stay. The location is perfect and a very short walk to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. We look forward to booking again in the future.

Overall, the condo is very nice and pretty well equipped with all your basic essentials. Location was perfect, well within walking distance of Coligny and Forest Beach. We really appreciated the owner supplying beach chairs and a cart, was extremely handy. Owner responded well to most of our questions. Cleaners could have maybe taken a little more time cleaning up the place before we got there, but overall not bad. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially families.

We would love to stay here another time! The location is great. We loved walking to the pool, ocean, and shops. The kitchen is well stocked. The house is in awesome condition.
