This was a condo with the very best views imaginable - ocean, mountain and city views. Oswaldo, the property manager was friendly and communicated regularly - almost every day he checked in. Maid service was excellent. Chris, the owner, was friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. The only downside was something the owner and manager could do nothing about -- next door was a night club which played way too loud music every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 1 to 9 pm. We had to play our own music very loud to distract us or move away from the night club. We understand the home owners association had approached the club many times to turn down their music, but with no positive results.

The views did not disappoint - the sunsets were spectacular. Oswaldo was an attentive, friendly host and the property was very secure. Kitchen was well stocked with high quality cookware. Washer and dryer on-site was a big plus. Beach towels were included which was nice. If you don’t like loud club music, avoid being at the condo Fri - Sun evenings. The music was over by 8 p.m. We hope to visit again in the future!

Owner and property manager were easy to work with. We could walk to many fine restaurants. The kids loved the very large pool. Easy access to beach and chairs.

We had a fabulous stay in Chris’s condo. Everything was great and as is in the description. Beautiful property. Loved the tight security making sure no one was entering that shouldn’t be there. The music at the club below the third tower gets to be loud and long on the weekends, but it’s a fun atmosphere. We headed out for dinner anyway. I also would have liked daily cleaning for bathrooms and beds, but that’s just because I’m on vacation and didn’t feel like doing it, ha! Thank you!

It was as hoped for. Beautiful place with an incredible view. Great security. Very nice people working there. Walking distance to a bunch of great restaurants. Close to Walmart and Costco. Only complaint was the music at a pool side club. Played very loud music Thursday thru Sunday until 7 at night. I mean loud. Otherwise great place.

Loved our stay here. Everything is made very easy. Chris is great to work with and tells you everything you need to know ahead of time. I've stayed in this building before and didn't have as good of direction as Chris sent out, so it was very appreciated. His management team (Oswaldo) is very responsive if you have any issues. Truly the best! We took a cab almost every night somewhere, and security arranges it all. It's a short, inexpensive cab ride to the Malecon. Pool bar service and food is by far some of the best we've had at any pool. We stayed in December just about the time the whales were there. The view from this unit is as good as it gets. Everyday we saw whales and 1 day we had dolphins. Thanks Chris, I'm sure we'll stay with you again. Please thank Oswaldo as well.

Highly recommend this condo! Amazing views in all directions and able to enjoy opening patio doors and having breezes make it very comfortable. Everyone took advantage of sitting on the patio as often as possible! It was nice our family members each had own bedroom and bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen was fantastic and we were able to stock up on food, snacks and beverages from grocery store short walk down the street. Chris was helpful with all our questions before our visit, and Oswaldo and Lupita helped with questions during our stay. Everyone at the Peninsula was friendly and attentive and appreciated having security at front gate, on beach front, and throughout facilities. Several of us enjoyed massages at on-site spa, which we highly recommend! We definitely took advantage of the amazing pool and beach! This location is so convenient for walks on the beach, or to nearby restaurants, or for shopping expedition at mall next door. Super easy to get Ubers and taxis. Couple of things discovered was that outdoor bar located next to condo plays very loud music Friday through Sunday all afternoon until 9 pm. Unable to have windows open or relax on patio. Also, no drinks in pool which is a rule which was disappointing since the view from there is great. Our family loved our week stay which was amazing and relaxing. Thank you!

We loved staying here, the location was amazing and we felt as though we were right in the heart of Puerto Vallarta, and close to grocery stores which was so helpful. The views from the condo are absolutely stunning and the place was amazing. The beach, pool, parking, and condo facilities were all amazing and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

This property is what dreams are made of. It is beautiful, spacious, and clean. The views are spectacular. The property is very well maintained. Chris is a wonderful communicator and Oswaldo, the property manager, went above and beyond for us. We're already talking about returning.

Condo was amazing!!!!

We had an amazing stay in this condo. Perfect view and plenty of room for everyone. The location is good and makes it simple to get anywhere easily. Our host was great about answering any questions very quickly and thoroughly. We never lacked for anything from towels, utensils, paper products, etc. we all felt very well taken care of and wished we could stay longer. I would definitely stay here all over again!

A++++ Absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Very spacious as we had 6 adults and 4 kids fit comfortably. The condos are very secure and the beach access is amazing! Everyone in the building was extremely helpful but most of all, the property manager Oswaldo and his brother Armando were absolutely fantastic, very communicative and accommodating during our entire stay. Chris the owner was also extremely easy to work with and very communicative. We will absolutely be renting this unit from Chris in the future!

Great condo for our family. Amazing views. The pool area is a little run down but overall it was a great trip.

The condo had breathtaking views. Everyone was very helpful. All the reviews were very accurate including the music from the club below the condos. We had an incredible time . We rented a car and found it was a little hard to find parking down at the malecon. We actually took a taxi the second time we went . We ate dinner at Porfirios which is right outside the gate ., which is walking distance. The best steak I have ever had! Just in case you were looking for a nice meal. The massages were were fantastic and again accurate in price. Just a great place to call home for a week.

Great stay at Chris’s condo. This was my second stay at this beautiful property. We were a group of three couples and we had our own rooms with en-suite baths. Very comfortable beds, luxurious towels. The kitchen is well equipped. We sent a grocery list to Oswaldo, the property manager, and they arrived shortly after our arrival. Such a great service! Speaking of service, it was great. Communication prior to the trip was great and Oswaldo was there to meet us and show us around the condo. He checked in with us several times during our stay to make sure all was well. Everyone at the Peninsula Condominiums were so helpful and welcoming. The front desk or security was always available to help us get a cab. We appreciated the level of security for the condo. Everyone must pass through a security checkpoint to drive into the condos. One thing you do need to be aware of is an outdoor bar located next to condo that plays loud music Friday through Sunday from 3pm-9pm. We hung out at the beautiful pool on Friday during this time, but on Saturday and Sunday, we headed downtown for late afternoon shopping and dinner so we were not affected. This is a great condo with fantastic views of the water and the mountains. I highly recommend this property!

Such a great condo. And what a view! We have been renting this place for 7 years in a row. Fabulous location, property surrounding condo is excellent. Within walking distance to grocery stores and many restaurants and Short cab ride to old town.

Nice property. Comfortable for our family of 9.

This condo is even more impressive than the photos make it appear! Floor to ceiling windows face west and south from the living/dining areas with wrap around balconies overlooking the beach, the pool, the ocean and sunsets. The weather was mild and with the living room doors and bedroom doors open, there was a constant breeze at all times. The two master bedrooms also have balconies and nice views facing the mountains. The third bedroom with 2 double beds does not have a balcony but does have large windows facing south toward the beach. The fourth bedroom is small, internal, and has no windows. There are four bathrooms. Each closet has plenty of hangars, and there is a safe. The washer and dryer are full size. All four bedrooms plus the living area have separate air conditioning controls The location is excellent. A market is nearby for provisions and the kitchen has all you need to make food, if you wish. The area has great shopping, entertainment and restaurants, all a $5-$7 taxi ride away. Oh, and this condo is in Tower III (of three towers) and sets closest to the ocean and furthest south so it has unobstructed views. This condo complex has amenities you'd expect of a resort, too. The gym is state of the art. The pool is amazing and huge. The condo property staff are helpful and kind. And, the spa offers 60 minute full body massages for...get this...$25/hour! And they are excellent. No joke. Schedule one as soon as you arrive. And then do it again. Lastly, Chris (owner) was super easy to communicate with and helpful with planning before we arrived. Oswaldo then met us at the complex upon arrival to make sure we were connected to wifi (which is super fast), knew how to use the sound system, etc. He was available during our stay if we had any questions and was fast to respond. Our week was seamless and amazing. We cannot overstate how great this place is. Book it!

It was all great as seen on the pictures, well equipped, great pool and beach, in general a very nice and comfortable stay., Oswaldo the local contact very nice and responsive. The only discomfort was on the weekend where the beach club next to the property has very loud music that really bothers even with all windows closed, from around 1pm to 9pm.

Great weather and views

There were 24 of us total that stayed at the Peninsula in 4 different condos. Out of all the units this one was the nicest and Chris was the most accommodating host. The pictures actually do not do it justice. The owner of one of the other units threatened to cancel my brother-in-laws unit at the last minute. The other unit did not include any electricity credit and not all the air conditioners worked. Everything worked in this unit and Ozwaldo (property manager) was just as awesome as Chris the owner. Thank you both for helping make our vacation memorable.

Had a fantastic stay at this condo. Had all the important stuff & was perfectly located on the beach & near plenty of shopping. I would recommend staying here & I look forward to staying here again! We will definitely be back!

Loved our stay at this property! Very good security measures, clean, comfortable and fantastic views. Oswaldo the manager met us and was very helpful and informative. We had requested groceries delivered upon our arrival and he made sure all was perfect . I would rent this property again!
