We had an excellent stay here. Perfect location to take day trips to the Grand Canyon, Sedona and Antelope Canyon. House was a perfect fit for 7 of us including 4 adults and 3 kids. Would definitely recommend!

We came to Flagstaff for a short family gathering and stayed in this beautiful and roomy home. There were 6 adults and 2 kids and it was the perfect amount of space for all of us to spread out. The house was well stocked with paper products, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, cleaning supplies and towels. There were also plenty of kitchen items and small appliances available. It had snowed a few days prior to our arrival and it was very convenient to have the garage to park in. We considered using the wood burning fireplace but couldn't locate the wood so we used the gas fireplace instead. We eventually found the wood later but were used to the ease of the gas fireplace. Check in and out was easy and Mollie was very communicative during our stay. We had some time constraints on the day of our check out and Mollie was so kind to let us extend our departure time. We very much appreciated the motion sensor lights on the stairs for those who have low vision issues. We noticed that the water filter on the refrigerator needed replaced, the headboard on the queen bed was a little wobbly and the mini blind in the front room would not lower. Other than those minor things, this was a wonderful home with a great location. If we come to the area again, we will definitely choose this house!

This house was even nicer than the description and pictures made it seem. It was very clean, which is always nice. It was comfortable, spacious, and very well supplied. Nice furniture, comfortable beds, very pleasant. Mollie was a great host and quite responsive. There were easy to use instructions for everything. All in all an excellent experience.

Loved our stay here. The rental is well stocked and has many upgrades. The location is quiet and nestled in amonsgst the pines.

Everything went so smoothly, from the making of arrangements to the check-in and the check-out...everything was easy. Mollie is super responsive and always available and happy to help should anything come up. The operation of the home was effortless and efficient. The location couldn't be more perfect, right in the heart of Continental Country Club, very accessible to restaurants and services. We enjoyed the deer and other wildlife roaming about the back areas of the home. We especially loved all the outdoor spaces! Tons of decking wrapped around the home allowing for comfortable, relaxing sitting areas and furniture whether or not you wanted sun or shade. We ate outside most nights and enjoyed using their wonderful grill. All-in-all, just a great stay! We would love to return one day! Thanks again! Nancy and Steve

We visited AZ for a long weekend with friends. While we were out exploring during the day, the house was perfect to hang out at night and there were plenty of bedrooms for all of us to sleep comfortably. We would highly recommend this place!

The home was in a great location and very cozy. It was well stocked with anything one would need! Communication from the owner was good and check in was easy. Perfect place for our family as a jumping off point to Sedona and Grand Canyon. Seeing wildlife in the backyard was an added bonus!

We had a great stay at this beautiful Flagstaff home. It was extremely clean, well decorated & had everything we could need for a short stay. Plenty of room for 4. We were skiing at Snowbowl for the weekend so it was a great location to get there about 30 minutes from the slopes. Would definitely rent again if we are ever back in the area. We came up from Phx area for a soccer tournament and quick ski trip with my family and in- laws. The home was clean and a great home base for our stay. The home was 5 min from our game location. We really enjoy flagstaff and the country club area. It is a nice quiet neighborhood that you get to feel like you live in flagstaff even for a quick visit. The fireplaces were a real treat and having the wood available was a great amenity. We really enjoyed the feel and design of the home. It was also spacious for our group of 8 people. Both living rooms and dinning areas allowed is to spread out. The owner was very communicative and responsive. We had a mechanical issue at the house that arouse during our stay but the Mollie the owner was able to get it resolved as quickly as possible and was very communicative through our the entire process. I would recommend staying at this property it is great to have an owner that cares about their property and their guests.

The house was great! Very clean. Had all of the pots and pans we needed for Thanksgiving. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and two young children greatly appreciated the lovely large home w views of the forest in every window. The hospitality of the host surely surpassed our VRBO visits in the past’ , the amenities in the kitchen were plentiful, as were the enormous assortment of children , family and adult dvds and even games for a family game night. The highlight was when the kids and I took a walk through the backyard and we saw several deer ! One stood a few yards away from us, and looked us right in the eye ! It was especially delightful when my children kept calling them reindeer! The property filled my heart with love and gratitude !

The house was designed beautifully. It had a clean modern feel. The host was easy to get a hold of and made sure we were taken care of. The location is great close to downtown but far away enough for it to be quiet and relaxing. We loved the 2 fireplaces and multiple living areas to space out everyone doing their own thing. The dining table was large and we had enough room to accommodate us during our fun family meals. If you are looking for a hip place to stay that is impeccably clean rather than an older feel to a house, you have found your place.

We had a wonderful time in this perfect home! All the light in the world with trees on every window, super comfortable, and easy to maintain furniture, beautiful view of the mountains, lovely red wine glasses, super comfortable places to eat your meals outside, relax and read a book, or gaze at the stars at night. I just can’t recommend it enough!

This house is a true gem and very comfortable. My family and I spent a couple nights here and we could not stop saying how much we loved the place. The house had such a nice flow and was very spacious. We enjoying making dinner together in the kitchen and on the grill. We took in the morning with coffee on the chairs outside and felt like we were in the forest. We also enjoyed seeing deer strolling in the neighborhood. Very cool!!! Mollie was supper nice and very accommodating. Thank you Mollie for sharing your home with us!

The house was lovely and very homey! We felt like extended family welcomed into a warm and loving atmosphere. Most important - the beds were perfect!
