We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely spacious home.The views of the mountain and the path to the Paradise run and the Navajo Express was an added bonus. It is truly a ski in and ski out home! The house had everything we needed. Our family of 8, my husband, 2 sons, daughter in law and 3 fifteen year old granddaughters had plenty of room to relax. The kitchen had everything you needed to help make our stay very comfortable. Our hosts, William and Maria were very informative and promptly responded to any questions we had. This home is a gem and the the owners are on on point. There are, as with most mountain homes, a lot of stairs but being on a ski trip we simply looked at it as our warm ups. As a ski in/ski out, super easy "out", the "in" is slightly more challenging. Once skiing back with some speed, there's still an incline requiring a short 20-30 step walk up. Certainly not an issue, we found the experience very convenient. When I say the owners are "on point", when we arrived we noticed there was not a coffee grinder as listed. I let William know and he immediately ordered one which arrived on the 3rd day. To me, that falls into the excellent service category and obviously they care about the customers lucky enough to find this wonderful cabin! Incredible 360 views and beautiful natural lighting in the main living area. THANK YOU...WE WILL BE BACK!

Excellent communication from owner explaining everything we needed to know. The property was amazing...clean, fantastic views, free fire wood, lots of games and activities to keep everyone occupied and happy, easy access to ski slopes, garage to park our vehicle out of the snow, and a welcome basket with snacks and treats. We had a great time.

We had a great weekend with fresh snow. Played games went sledding and of course did some skiing and snowboarding. The ski in and ski out was extremely convenient and only a little challenging. We did have a couple feet of snow to make a path through but everyone was able to ski/snowboard down to Paradise run. Thanks for a fun fantastic weekend with family.

It was our first time in Utah and this cabin was everything (and more) I could have hoped for! The ski in/ski out was amazing to allow our family to have different schedules and come home for lunch!! The ski back trail leads right to Paradise run (a nice easy green). Im not the best skier and I handled it with ease- I was nervous that it would be too far- but it’s perfect! The yard was great for the kids and dog to play/sled. The beds were comfy! The views were amazing- you can watch the groomers on Giant Steps at night. 2 minutes from the general store, pizza place and taco shop! We cannot wait to come back!! 10/10 would recommend.

The cabin provided great entertainment for the kids, a comfortable living space for the adults to cook and hang out, and as advertised, some amazing views. The boot/glove driers were great, as was the heated garage. Overall the place was very nice. The proximity/openness of the loft to the main floor TV made it hard to put kids down there if the adults wanted to stay up and catch the football game. That’s on us more than an issue of the cabin. But worth noting. Ski in/out was going to take some serious digging to make it possible for young children. Some tips/tricks could have helped. Or someone to call/pay to help clear a path would be a nice option. In the end, the drive is short to either lift, so not the end of the world. We had some nice snow!

I had an amazing experience staying at this property ! The house was fantastic, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. However, what truly set this rental apart was the outstanding host who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Highly recommended!

We have stayed at numerous vacation homes in Brian Head over the past 30 years. This home was clean and the hosts thought of everything. They even provided a cute little welcome basket with hand warmers and snacks. We had a wonderful time playing games in the large family room. The kitchen table easily sat the eight of us. The garage had warmers for our gloves and boots, along with tons of games for the kids. The host also provided plenty of benches, making putting on and taking off our snowboard boots much easier. We snowboarded to the slope (Well, my 14-year-old son made it. I fell and walked the rest of the way and the others walked to the slope.) After we had finished boarding, we took off our boards at the slope and walked back to the house. It was not that difficult. It was not possible to board all the way to the house. We would definitely rent this home again. We are clean freaks and this home exceeded our expectations. We all loved the video game next to the kitchen table. We were consistently trying to beat the high score. The views are amazing! The sunrise was spectacular! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Beautiful view of mountain and ski in/ ski out awesome

Out of all the properties we've stayed at over the years, this one had the most stuff to do. Video games, ping pong, pool, ski in / ski out, etc. Well stocked with towels, trash bags, etc. as well. Front room gets direct sunlight which was a little bright and as such the upper loft rooms got pretty hot. We had to open the door off the deck multiple times. All and all, great time.

We were so happy with our stay. Everything was just as stated. Location was secluded and beautiful. We can’t wait to stay there again.

We stayed here with our immediate and extended family and it was a great house for us. The kitchen could use some updating (more pans, storage containers, ziplock bags) and it was a bit small for the 8 of us to maneuver around but the rest of the house was spacious. The views were lovely from the balcony (though we wished there were more chairs and a table for us to use on it). Overall great house especially if you have older kids since there are a ton of games for then to do in the garage.

Spectacular view of Giant Steps snd Brianhead Mtn. Ski in/out was a little difficult due to the QUANTITY of new snow. That’s ok though. Warm and cozy.

Awesome Cabin, lots of space, great location. The owners William and Maria were great in communicating. We had zero issues, if I were to say one bad thing it would be....Nothing! Highly reccomended! PS- it dumped almost 2' in April, the powder was amazing, my kids have memories that will last a lifetime! Thank you!

Great location, epic snow fall. House worked out great for our party and pets. Few small issues the Halls responded to right away Altitude is no joke, had some sickness issues with several of us but adjusted pretty well.

Staying here was nothing short of amazing. Views were amazing. All the pictures I took looked as if it were edited to perfection. Games and amenities provided were perfect for the kids and adults. Definitely will be coming back!

The property was as advertised and did not disappoint! William was extremely responsive to my messages and was very helpful with advice as we drove up during an extreme storm. An excellent experience and we plan to stay again in the future!

The garage frig. was filthy, the kitchen frig had leftover food in it and was not wiped out. The stove was dirty and smoked out the house when we tried to use it. I had to turn on the self-clean mode in order to use it. The towels were very HARD. We did not use the fireplace; the mess was from a previous client. For the two hundred plus I was charged for cleaning, I expected a better cleaning service. The cupboards were full of stuff left behind by others, I had to clean shelves to put my food away.

This place was GREAT. Super cozy. We had a fantastic time! Will be back for sure :)

Great location and lots of amenities and games for the kids. Plenty of space if you have a larger group. I really enjoyed the easy communication with the owner and all the additional information that was provided.

We are a party of 9 (two families) and this is our second consecutive stay at this wonderful property. We have stayed at several homes over the past 6 years and this is by far the best. The home has several levels, game room in garage, cozy family room w fireplace and the Owners are incredible...great communication. This is one of the only ski-in and ski-out properties and is also dog friendly. You won't regret your stay here..

Our family of five booked this property A YEAR AGO after skiing by the cabin and then finding it on VRBO. As described in the listing, the cabin had everything a family could want for in a ski-in / ski-out vacation. - Fantastic views, plenty of room, modern amenities, LOTS of games, great location, very responsive owners, enough firewood to keep a fire going while we were there, and even a basket of treats for the kids and and adults. Only one complaint… we had to leave. ;-)
